Purchased a used chair from them and drove down to pick it up. Turned out I really should have waited for my payment to process, whoops! But they let me take the chair anyway, and politely loaded it into my car. Nice price, too.

I cant say enough about this company ... from Marina Crinejo helping me with customer service and answering all my crazy questions, and concerns to help me get my beautiful desk :I call it my "Magic Desk"...when it was done I was contacted and set up an delivery date I figured it would be a while to get the delivery and set up done NOPE, I had it here less than a week after it being done and when they delivered it, the 2 delivery guys that came very professional & careful and had my desk together so fast. I would Absolutly recommend this company and their employees... fast, courteous, professional.

Asia and Marina have the front office on lock! Very pleasant to work with and just have an excellent way about themselves. Then there's Cory in shipping and receiving, quite efficient and very knowledgeable as well. The place has a great variety of quality office equipment and furniture. Sometimes the older stuff is better than new. I was shopping for filing cabinets and found the new ones at a popular office supply store to be very flimsy. I had a similar experience shopping online. Transfer Enterprises had some wonderful used cabinets that are sturdier, with drawers that open and close smoothly. Half the price and better quality. The sales professional that worked with me was helpful but not pushy. Would definitely shop here again for office furniture.

TL:DR - Full price store masquerading as a discount, used reseller.Personnel - 4 stars. I was greeted on the way in and they seemed friendly. Wasn’t approached as I was wandering around, which honestly isn’t positive or negative.Selection - 4 stars. They had a wide variety of office products, mostly furniture.Prices - 1 star. “Reconditioned” chairs with stains and chips, 30% off “retail” prices (not normal selling prices that you’d find in most places). “Used” chairs with imperfections at ridiculous prices. Signs on the walls proclaiming “$39, $49, and $99 dollars!!!”, when an overwhelming majority of the products are easily $300, $500 and $1000 or more.I wasn’t expecting tag sale prices… but “used” stores in CT are out of control in general. There is a very real market gap for a genuine, reasonably priced, used furniture store.This place is at best a place to get a slight discount on obviously used equipment. Ok if you’re a large company. Useless when shopping for your home office or small business.If you’re looking for “deals” don’t bother.

I really like their products and the sense of urgency they provide when requesting quotes. The showroom is big and has a great selection of office furniture. Marina, is especially so professional and accommodating. She guided me through my visit and answered all my questions. Give them a try-- they will not disappoint and cant be beat.

I’ve purchased two desks and my office chair from this place. My first purchase was years ago and my most recent was this week. I highly recommend this place as THE place you should look for affordable good quality office furniture. They have a lot of inventory at many different price points. I would hands down get a used good quality desk with a scratch or two over a new desk that is poor quality for the same price.The staff was helpful and great to work with. I really appreciate them, and encourage you to check this place out if you are in the market for office furniture!

My husband of 41 years died a few months ago. What does that have to do with Transfer Enterprises? Let me explain. My grandson drove 2 hours to help me tackle a long to-do list, things I can't manage well on my own anymore. One of the tasks was to buy an office chair, get it home, and into the basement. His time was limited. My funds were limited. He suggested a nearby big-box office supply store. Without hesitation, I said no! I was certain that with a little luck, I would find something appropriate at T&E. I wasn't disappointed. In less than 30 minutes, we drove home with a perfect chair at a price I could afford. An added bonus: the whole sales experience was a pleasure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
