Be warned if something goes wrong with their equipment, they will try to make you pay for it. Even if you have incidental coverage. They are scammers. My credit card company even agreed they shouldn't be charging at all for the service I received and I was able to dispute their charge.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we rented a trailer for the day. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way. The facility was also easy to get to, big lot and return was easy, and they had packing/moving supplies. Recommend to anyone needing a rental.

Olivia helped us with our check-in. It was a lot different from the last time, all on our phone. She helped us every step of the way & was very calm & friendly. (I had talked to her on the phone the day before & she was very friendly & assuring when I was concerned about the new check-in procedure.) When we returned the truck the young man who checked us out was very friendly, too. Thank you!

Confusing pickup system with no help from self occupied employees. Drop off equally difficult with confusing signage. Disappointing because the location is clean and easily accessible.

One person was working the desk when I arrived at 6:30 PM to pick up the truck I reserved. He was attending to a customer. I was in line behind a woman that wanted to purchase a cardboard box. After over 10 minutes, the general manager joined the other employee and started ringing up the woman with the box (who was paying with cash). That transaction took over 5 minutes to complete. I then approached the manager and said that I had reserved a truck. He pointed to my cell phone and said that I could have been checking in on that while I waited. He then waited for me to go through the phone check in process. Once that was complete, he gave me the key. I told him I ordered 2 furniture dollys and 12 furniture pads. He pointed out the pads in the store and told me where to find the dollys outside. He said to finish check in on the phone at the truck and then drive it down to the store entrance to get the extra supplies. I did that and returned to find the door locked. The store closes at 7:00 PM. A customer exited through another door which I grabbed and entered while the manager and staff yelled at me that they were closed. I told them I had returned as instructed to get my furniture pads, which I did.
The truck itself had some damage that I could almost see on the very low resolution photos on the phone. The headlights could not be used without a pair of pliers since the light knob was missing with a bare screw extending from the dash. There steering was marginal. There was a noticeable dead zone such that after turning one direction, the wheel had to be turned beyond center to straighten the wheels. There was also a slight shimy. I would definitely not take that truck on the highway, but it was adequate at 30 MPH.
The length of time to perform the check in process was completely unacceptable, especially since I had to perform the entire process myself. The quality of the vehicle wasn't much better. This location does nothing to recommend U-Haul to anyone.

The trailer leaked and all our stuff was soaked after driving through a rain storm. They offered NO HELP at all. Horrendous customer service and poor quality product.

They did not apply my $20 credit to my bill and I want my $20 credit my bill should not have been 60 it should have been 40 with the credit

Pre scheduled my pickup for 10am, waited in line for over 35 minutes. Left the parking lot just before 11am. The woman working was more busy scrolling and commenting on Facebook and Instagram than checking me out. Literally had the computer mouse in one hand and the phone liking photos in the other. I had to break her attention that it was her turn to do her part on the computer to finish the sale.
I will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service - they play favorites for tow hitches. Despite us having an appointment the GM made up some sad story contrary to their corporate 800 number that they are first come first served for tow hitches. Also, their mechanic - would not let him work on our kid’s fake car let alone a real one. Highly unethical behaviors from this company. The corporate office did not even bother to reach out to us about our experience when we contacted them. Take your money elsewhere if you want a company that values ALLL of its customers.
