Obsessed with my brows!! The whole experience was easy and relaxing, Ian nailed the shape without making them too thin or harsh. I love how natural they look but still super clean. Definitely my new go-to spot for brows!

Horrible experience, my daughter got one price to have her hair done only to have them add over $100 in extra charges. Not only that they did it completely wrong and had to pay to fix it.
Zero stars for you! I recommend you just go to a local hairstylist and get it done if you don't want to be ripped off and feel disappointed at the same time.

I had a makeup appointment scheduled at Ulta for 11:15 AM, which was extremely important as I was attending a wedding at 2 PM the same day. To my shock and frustration, I received a cancellation text at 9:03 AM—just over two hours before my appointment.
There was no explanation, no phone call, and no effort to help me reschedule or find a solution. It completely ruined my plans and left me scrambling with no time to find another makeup artist on such short notice.
This was a special occasion, and the lack of professionalism and communication was extremely disappointing. I want others to be aware that Ulta can cancel your appointment the same day without proper notice, which can leave you in a very stressful situation—especially when it's for something important.

I posted this a while ago and I see that this company deleted it! These people at the hair dresser don’t know what they are doing they messed up my moms hair pretty bad and they are trying to cover it I even left a pic here and they deleted it people please be careful with this company they may sell good products but the service is sucks to the max!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd time visiting here in the same month and I'm never greeted. So I watch and listen if anyone else is greeted and they were. Ulta is where I buy my pattern hair products and perfumes from and this location is so convenient for me. I guess I'll have to find another location to visit and see if I'm greeted. I spend a great deal of money here and I just want the same respect as others receive. Do better!!!

This is, hands down, the friendliest, most engaging and welcoming Ulta staff that I have ever come across! I come to this one all the time and always feel welcomed, especially by the salon staff!!
