The young men in there will laugh at you when you're trying to understand something you misunderstood. I believe it was Zach who started the whole interaction... he jumped into me talking to another employee. I had talked to Amazon that said i could return something that was supposed to go to Whole Foods but it would cost me maybe a dollar on the Amazon side. Since I had another return, I inquiried about that. When the first guy said no, after another one stepped in to say something, I asked to speak with Craig, the manager. I could literally see him... he was around the corner 4 feet away. So he came up and explained to me the deal and I accepted it. This is not the first time they've acted condescendingly towards customers( i see it almost every time i go in there) and after 2 of the 3 laughed at me and he did nothing, i was shaking and left. He saw them literally laughing at me. I've been cutting Craig's hair for years and would NEVER let any of my coworkers laugh at him. I'll be sticking with Glastonbury UPS who treats their customers with some respect. At least they don't laugh when a customer is wrong about something and accepts it. That Zach guy has to go. I can't imagine how much business you've lost cuz of him.

Went to UPS Store 4 a Amazon return. My sister who is Florida ordered shorts for our foster brother who is in a convelscent home. Too tight, return! Trevor waited on me. He couldn't be more kind & patient with me. We had a problem with a code for one of the pants & Trevor was so kind & patient with us as I had to call my sister in FL. Trevor spent all the time needed for two old ladies to get the code. It was a wonderful experience meeting Trevor & congratulations to the parents who
Raised him.

I visited this office to ship a package. The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. A day later I had to call to stop the shipment and spoke with a representative name Ben who took all my information said he would work on it right away. Which he called me back in a matter of minutes and provided an update on my package. I was grateful to have been dealt with by the most knowledgeable and helpful staff. I highly recommend this UPS office.

I am beyond disappointed with the service at the UPS Store in Manchester. There is a man at the counter — I believe his name is Zack — who is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This isn’t just a one-time experience. I’ve seen him on multiple occasions being disrespectful and arguing with customers, including myself.
It’s shocking that UPS continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude, despite numerous negative interactions and visible complaints from others. This kind of behavior reflects terribly on the brand and completely ruins the customer experience.
UPS needs to seriously reconsider who they place on the front line representing their company. Jack should not be allowed to continue treating paying customers with such arrogance. Something must be done immediately.
I will avoid this location going forward — and I strongly urge others to do the same until real changes are made.

The manager at this location could use some people skills, or perhaps he is just unhappy in his job or was having a bad day. He was snarky with an elderly customer who went ahead of me, (he made an unnecessary sarcastic comment. Then, he was rude to me when I was trying to process my Amazon returns. I processed them at the counter, to avoid confusion, since I had 3 different/ similar looking returns, and was told that it was inappropriate to do so. There was no one in line behind me. He was clearly irritated that I was doing that. I even apologized ahead of time, because I often have to make Amazon returns due to having a child with sensory processing disorder. In the past, I have gotten the orders ready beforehand, but that has created confusion and caused issues/ created a longer return process. I was trying to be considerate, which is why I explained and apologized at the start of our exchange. Sadly, this manager chose to be unkind today. When I voiced my opinion on his demeanor he said that I was the one being rude and threatened to refuse service in the future. He essentially told me that I don’t have to come there and that I wasn’t technically a customer since I wasn’t buying anything. That was totally unnecessary. I’m super disappointed. I may not have been a paying customer on this date of service, but interactions such as this are a huge deterrent to wanting to use this location in the future. Kindness costs nothing.

The store manager Zachary is disrespectful no type of customer service clearly, he hates his job and life. from the looks of all these reviews here he has been doing this for quite some time and nothing has been done. The owner of this location should be held just as responsible at this point for not managing and monitoring this waste of a store manager he has in charge. he needs to be FIRED!!!!!!

First, I would like To say that I have a two minute and 13 second video of how disgusting the employee by the name of Zachary is I had an appointment with confirmation code scheduled from 9 AM to 9:30 AM. I arrived earlier because I had to also print out documents, and I explained to the employee that I had an appointment for notary at 9 AM But I needed to print out papers beforehand. He then proceeded to tell me that he does not open his notary service until 10 AM although I had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM that clearly says for Notary then tells me he “doesn’t know what to tell me “those are his rules” I said are you the store owner because I do understand that UPS stores are franchise he said no so I was a tad bit confused on how it’s his rules and then I asked for further explanation as to why he can’t just stamp a paper for me He said he doesn’t have to because he doesn’t notarize to 10 AM. I then called UPS to confirm what he was saying to make sure I was not losing my mind that I did in fact have a appointment for notary I was in the store for about 45 minutes trying to have him explain to me why he cannot do it. There was no customers he was doing absolutely nothing. In the 45 minutes that he decided to argue with me about his rules, he could’ve just notarized my one piece of paper less than five minutes and there was a lot more said which again I have on video and I will hope that Craig McCarthy would be so kindly to reach out to me in regards of his unprofessional employee, Zachary thank you

It came as a surprise that there is a five dollar charge to print the prepaid shipping label from UPS, is this a real charge or was I just being taken advantage w? If that is your policy to charge five dollars for a $10 shipping label it’s just bad business and I will never go to this UPS location again.

Three times visited, three times disappointed.Created a shipment using the the same packaging I just received form a vendor by UPS.Upon arrival:1) the manager specifically told me unneeded to repackage costing $19.80.2) refused to ship my merchandise, which was an export of merchandise to Germany with a value for $2800 and told me I needed a driver out and give it to them. Despite the label instructions specifically naming this store as the appropriate place to drop off.3) then refused to repackage because it was 5:55 (closed at 6) because he didn’t want to work.Pretty sure the package did not need repackaging, and since i would hand off to a convenient driver, he knew he was ripping me off. Conclusion: I drove to FedEx and shipping was a breeze! Not going to this place again, so happy ups stores exist since it’s my job as the customer to heat sink the drivers to get my stuff shipped. Absolutley horrible.

The employee that does notary definitely show that he hates his job, and definitely shoulnt be here. we were trying to get a notarization , and he refysed when he can simply cross out the state. Gave attitude and absolutely not a postivie attitude that everyone should see everytime a customer come in
