Jessica and Dante were SO incredibly helpful. They both deserve a raise. Called at 4am with an emergency question, Jessica was polite and friendly. Dante was a champ, coming out of this office at 5am to help. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

The answer service is bad when you call them and no one pick up the the call and I was waiting for more them 14 or 20 minutes foe m people to pick the call .. is unacceptable and I never seen this pharmacist like that.

Every time I have visited the Main Street location in Manchester CT there has been a dog in there. It's not a support or seeing eye dog, no special collar or vest; just small dogs walking on a leash or in its owners arms. It's not the same dog, but a different one every time. I don't understand why dogs are being allowed in the store. Last time the dog was barking at everyone that walked by. It was extremely alarming and anxiety inducing. Not only is it dangerous and inappropriate but also extremely unsanitary, especially when they pee on the floor. This kind of behavior is extremely appalling. I have been bit by dogs in the past for just walking past them and am very allergic to them as well. It is a drugstore not a doggy daycare. I'm wondering if I should be finding myself a new pharmacy.

Disappointed ?. After 2 conversations with a very rude pharmacy staff member who hung up on me twice after both times initiating the calls to me, I've finally decided to use another pharmacy due to extremely poor customer service. The woman hung up on me twice without allowing me to respond to her questions. Anyway, I called my doctor's office and had my future prescriptions transferred to another local pharmacy and have blocked Walgreens from my phone. Who needs that disrespect ?. Not me.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever visited. Between the customer service and the pharmacy staff, please get your scripts filled somewhere else to save yourself the headache. They don't give you correct information over the phone, and the pharmacists here bottled up my son's antibiotic incorrectly and it wasn't closed properly leading it to leak. I needed to have the prescription filled again.

Not actually 24h pharmacy - called in a prescription at 5am and was told they couldn’t fill it until 8am. What’s the point of being 24h if you can’t help anyone until 8am just like every other pharmacy

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for over 6 years. I have always been happy with their service until today. Today I went to pick up my sons scripts, and went through the drive through. The woman helping me named Joy, was very rude, she had an attitude, literally like she couldn't be bothered. When I asked certain questions regarding my insurance she said I had to come in and someone else would help me. I have been able to have people clear up stuff with my insurance in the drive through in the past. It was literally like she just couldn't be bothered to help a costumer, which I thought was her job. I have seen her before have an attitude with costumers in the past. So this seems to be her behavior While at work.

Made a special trip to get here here before the pharmacy closing time of 2:00. I got here at 1:43 and pharmacy closed, hours 9-2, no note, nothing. Thanks a lot.

I called your store today to inquire if I could pick up a non-perscription pharmacy item in your drive thru. Your marketing announcement even offers this option. Yet when I spoke to a representative I was told I had to come in store to get it because the store "does not offer personal shoppers" and only certain non-perscription pharmacy items can be purchased thru the drive thru. And yet, the announcement offered e the ability to buy dogfood and cleaning supplies thru the drive thru.

I gotta Say i was actually saved by a pharmacist named Joshua or Josh .. on January 25th 2020 i was in rough shape and Josh was super professional and caring and got me through a very tough spot with his assistance and knowledge. Very much appreciated i can tell he's in this business to help people. Thank you Man.

I appreciate the bundling together of all prescriptions so I don't have to go in ten times for the different prescriptions.
