Came here to get my husband aspirin because he felt chest pain. The black cashier refused to check out for me, even though the customer before me wanted to let me checked out first. When I said my husband really needs aspirin for his high pressure, the cashier even did her job much more slower. I got home and my husband ended up in Emergency room for stroke. I regretted not giving him aspirin earlier. NEVER COME HERE IF YOU’re in HURRY TO GET MEDICATION. VERY RACIST CASHIER!!!

Went on 3 seperate occasions to get a prescription for my daughter, first 2 times out of stock but by tomorrow will be here, third time they couldnt find my script in the system it vanished. Switched back to my old pharmacy out of my way. I'd rather leave work a hour early loosing money then deal with this incompetance again.

If I could give less of a star I would.
Because my insurance wouldn't cover a full prescription I paid for six with good RX out of a prescription of 60. I got everything worked out with the doctor ( that took 3 days ) went and specifically called on Friday to ask for another partial refill to pick up on Saturday and they gave my prescription away to someone else and now it's out of stock and won't be in until Monday. Everything being run by algorithms and computers is going to kill us all. Thank you so much Walgreens and Anthem and Hartford Healthcare You all deserve each other-You keep us sick and broke - rot in hell.

Staff is nice but don't bother making an appointment for a vaccine. You'll still end up waiting over an hour. Don't offer a service if you aren't staffed to accommodate.

Bad service, you order through the app and they don't want to help you, it's supposedly 24 hours but they act crazy with the order and tell you they can't find it, and calling customer service is in vain, they do nothing to help you except cancel the order, if you have an emergency it's better not to go shopping at Walgreens.

Called store, tech answers asks name & birthday, I respond, without warning she puts me on hold for over 10 minutes til phone call got disconnected. I have no choice but to drive back to the pharmacy to let them know they gave me the wrong prescription!

Staff is rude and unhelpful, and will sometimes hold medications for up to a week to "review the script" even though I've been getting it filled here for years with no changes. They also refuse to remove or change insurance on my profile. Somehow a medicaid account got added to my profile, and instead of listening to me when I said I have Cigna, and have no idea why there's medicaid on there, they got irritated and insisted I just use it anyway so I don't hold up the line. I'm sorry I don't feel like committing insurance fraud to make your day go by faster. I'm switching to CVS

This location is an ABSOLUTE JOKE AND A NIGHTMARE. Call and they NEVER have anything in stock. I Called and they said a med would be ready by 8am, called to check on the status again and it was out of stock for 3 more days. No one has an actual answer to anything and when you call you're getting a call center that knows nothing about this actual location. Meanwhile people are going without their critical care medication. I hope someone sues you one day for your lack of competence and negligence!!!!!

Staff should do a better job having the outside drive through being for pickups for prescriptions that are ready now. Not for questions, or call the doctor, or call my insurance. It shouldn't take 5 mins per car.
