I had to stop going here. Staff was often rude or completely ignored me standing at the counter. It’s been a couple months since I’ve gone so maybe things have gotten better? I don’t know. I got tired of placing prescription orders that couldn’t get filled because they were out of stock - and once it took two weeks to get one of my prescriptions. One that I was getting on a regular basis was always out of stock, and when I asked if they could see if it was available at another Walmart pharmacy they said I’d have to check myself by calling them. How is this not something they can look up? At some point they managed to create two different profiles for me or something because only some of the prescriptions I had filled at this store showed up under my Walmart pharmacy account online. It’s weird and convoluted how Walmart manages prescriptions. After multiple instances of having medication be out of stock and them not knowing when it’d be in, I got fed up and switched to CVS. So glad I did.

Walmart pharmacy in Manchester has been my pharmacy for six years now, and I have been very happy with the professionalism and service of each and every employee, they have always done there utmost to help me with every aspect of my medication needs.

Went to the store today and the attitude of some of the workers are very rude. When people asked for help they were rude about it while other people said they can’t help them. Bought my usual Polaroid films that retail at $7.99 and was charged at $29.98. I tried to call the store and no one picked up. Not the first time this happen

Horrible service. Always mess up my medications. Every time I call they say something different about when a medication will be available. Then I get there and its not available, after I literally just talked to someone on the phone about it!! They can't get my medications because of a "computer error" half the time. I always call ahead and they are never helpful. Definitely going to stop going here.

Extremely unhelpful. Horrible staff. Takes forever every single time. Half the time I cannot get my medications because of a "computer error". They could care less how important it is for me to get medications. I got in a car accident and couldn't get the medications I needed because there was a "computer error", after sitting around waiting for over an hour. They said they could get it to me by next week - I'm in pain now! They are the least bit understanding and argue with me. I call and then get completely different information over the phone than when I go in person. 0/10 and I will start going somewhere else now.

Worst pharmacy staff . Only 2 people in this pharmacy do there job. I never complained like this in my life but it has to be done. I got a temporary insurance card in mail and brought it there. They told me there wasn't enough numbers on the card and wanted to charge me $300 for my prescription. I bring it to the wal -mart pharmacy in east Windsor and they fill it and i said "is there enough numbers on the insurance card "? They say yes and my co-pay was $10. Who ever is training these people are to blame.
