The phones apparently do not work at the Manchester store! No answer for ordering or customer service. I have waited 9 minutes for someone to answer the phone but ended the call due to no answer. This is unacceptable. Why publish your phone number if you don't answer a call????

Was in line for 30 min with all self checkouts open…then when we get to the checkout the guy shuts them down and tells us that only the 15 items or less is open and we have to go to a different register! I try hard to like this store because it’s closed and convenient but every time something always puts me off. Not to mention the produce section looked like the fruits and vegetables were there for weeks. I’ll take the extra time to go to Cromwell. Do better Walmart! Teach your employees how to act right.

Last time I took a trip to Walmart I had two $7 coupons for some boost that my father drinks. The cashier forgot to ring in my coupons. So I go there today with the receipt and the coupons and the girl tells me that she needs the items in order to honor the coupon. Never heard of such a thing so I'm out 15 bucks because of an inept, absent-minded cashier.
Also, as I was leaving I see the guy who collects the carriages struggling to push them all back into the store. Walmart is so cheap they can't even get their employees one of those automatic cart pushers? And don't try to tell me that prices would go up if they had one of those. I'm sure the Walmart family lives in multi-million dollar houses and goes on frequent vacations.
Honestly, this place is always mobbed unless you go there at 7:00 in the morning. And I do believe this was my last time there. It's always something when I go here. Not worth the 20 bucks I save.

Every-time I go to this Walmart is always something different that is wrong, but today it was the last time we are coming.
After a hectic shop I when to pay using my WIC Card, I was having trouble reading the card and this has happened to me before so they just put the number in it the cashier seed that she doesn’t now how to put it in the system so we ask to see if anybody know so we can go on with the transaction, she ask a the cashier next to her and he replied i done it before but I don’t remember ask (insert name here) and lest that 20sec she comes back saying that is not possible that here buss say so… First of all nobody even try. So we ask to cancel our order because the moment I ask to take a minute and remove the wic items so at least I can buy the rest with my own money she look at me funny because there was a line.

Easily the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Service takes an incredibly long time, often having to stand around looking for an employee to help me. Even making an online pickup order, Walmart is incapable of keeping track of its inventory, so my order was cancelled minutes after making it. Take the extra half hour to go to East Windsor.

The fact that Walmarts shareholders voted to spit in the faces of the American people and all their employees by removing DEI programs from the company is racist, hateful, bigoted, shameful and abhorrent. I will never shop with you again. Monsters. We don’t need you, you need us.

Very short handed for employees / cashier.
I always thank the employees for being there , give knowlagement / recognition
Long line to checkout.

Store closes at 11 but they close the electronics section at 10?- and you can't access anything that's locked (which is about 3/4ths of stock) without a manager- who isn't there past 10?

Walmart Manchester, ct. Two security at the door want receipts I told them it’s the law that we don’t show the receipt. I come here almost every other week so y’all got a lazy employees and lazy security that doesn’t watch the cameras but stopping customers for receipts is not going do any good. I know y’all see me thousand times so don’t ask for it.
