Do not shop at this Zales or any Zales for that matter. They are not honest and do not keep their commitments to their customers. We were long standing customers and my husband has bought me several pieces from Zales. He purchased a tennis bracelet and specifically asked if the bracelet could be sized. He was told by their manager, Nicole, that yes, it could be sized but that since the braceletfit her, it should fit me. Well.. fast forward a month. He gifts me the bracelet and it came a standard 7 inches. I need 7.25-7.5 so on 07/07, we brought the bracelet back to Zales and asked them to size it. The sales associate said it couldn't be done. I asked for the manager who was sitting in the office and was told she was not available. Then I asked for the assistant manager who was also present and was told she wouldn't help me either. Eventually, the manager came out of the office, clearly annoyed that she needed to get involved. I explained that I needed the bracelet sized. She also advised it couldn't be done and after much research, she found 1 bracelet, more than twice the cost, that came in a 7.25 length. She asked if she could call me by the end of the week so she could try to come up with a solution since we were past the return period and I said that would be fine. She never called. She didn't call the following week either. I called and asked for her and was told she would call me back. She never did. I called again. Still not available. On my 3rd call the week of 07/28, she finally answered and told me that she came up with a great solution... it was told purchase a SECOND tennis bracelet identical to the one my husband purchased and use 2-4 links to extend my current bracelet. Now.. this was a piece that was thousands of dollars. I was so completely disgusted with the entire ordeal that I called corporate to try to get an exception to the return policy. The customer service rep couldn't help and advised a supervisor would call me back. They never did. Their jewelers are incapable and not able to extend it. I have to now pay another $800 to bring it to a reputable jeweler who can do the work as I was informed that it could absolutely be done.
Shame on Zales. We will never, ever shop there again.

I visited this store as the Zales by me closed. The staff were very accommodating and worked with me to establish my account with them for future visits. I am deeply grateful to them for their service and courtesy.

Caleb helped us and answered all of our questions/concerns. He was very patient, kind, understanding and considerate of our preferences. My fiancé and I really enjoyed his calm demeanor and his knowledge of the different jewelry. 10/10 recommend him if you’re looking for any information on the jewelry.

All of my experiences have been great at this Zales. Please be aware that when you purchase a band and an engagement ring, you will need to have the warranty on both even if you are soldering them together. They will tell you that because they become one ring, you don’t need it on both but this is a lie. I am trying to get my rings resized at a different Zales and am now being asked to pay to have my band resized because this location told me I didn’t need to have the warranty on both. Be aware!

I got my wedding band from zales and don’t have anything to complain about. The women that helped us was very friendly and attentive and they were very accommodating about the fact we needed it for less than 2 weeks notice.
They ended up having a delay after memorial day weekend and couldn’t deliver it by the date they promised, but they made sure to call me ahead of time to ask our wedding date and work something out, to make sure we had it on time. The manager ended up driving to the jeweler herself to pick up my ring, instead of having them ship it and everyone was very helpful and mindful of the rush.
I’m not going to lie, not having my ring ready by the promised date made me very stressed and concerned at first, but the way they handled the situation and cared about us made up for it!

Staff is wonderful. Always welcoming, ready to assist. We have exclusively used zales since 2017. Very helpful getting rings fixed or rhodium coated. Never once had an issue.

They told me an incorrect price on an engagement ring. Was super excited to have picked out an engagement ring. I decided to pull the trigger because they had a great deal occurring in 2 days. I clarified and asked multiple times that that specific ring was included and what the final price would be. The sales person even consulted with the assistant manager to gain assurance. Was then called the day before I was to pick it up and told the ring is not part of the sale. Very upsetting to think finally found the right ring at the right price. Should’ve waited to tell everyone and show pictures before I actually had it in my possession haha. Don’t believe their prices no matter how much you ask and try to clarify.

Caleb and the team helped me seek put a pocket watch for my best friends wedding. While this store did not have it in stock, the team called other local Zales to source one for me and pulled up the model in store to show me what I could purchase. The customer service was superb and went a long way in taking out the trouble of trying to find a niche item that in my mind was the final perfect piece. I truly appreciate their patience and hard work and will gladly continue to come back here.

I cannot sing my praises loud enough for this store. I have visited multiple times over the past couple of months trying to find my perfect engagement ring. I had been shown certain ones that I liked but just weren't exactly it yet. They recommended I come to the store during the time that the jeweler was there, and I am so thankful for waiting!!!!!
I have worked with Gage, Danna, Nichole, and Alexia each time I had come into the store. All have been as sweet as could be and extremely helpful with me as a person who is indecisive and never ring shopped in my life. They gave me so many options and helped me greatly in deciding on the custom design yesterday!!!
Wayne was absolutely amazing in assisting to make my dream engagement ring. It was completed so quickly as well.
I will be recommending this store to everyone I meet, it was an amazing experience.

I brought a diamond/ platinum ring this store. It should be haven been polished and cleaned. They clean it all right however they did a horrible job with polishing. All the scratches are still visible with naked eyes in the ID of the ring. I told them that I can see all the scratches and it seems like they didn’t do a good job. They charged about $60 for this poor job. She - manager (name is Mrs. Nicole) literally said that “ I can send your ring , they can polish more and they can destroy your ring, if I like too” . I didn’t know how to respond to this very unprofessional behavior. It was worthless to discuss it argue more in there. I will call corporate and I will provide my complaint for sure.

Went to zales store Sunday afternoon to have watch battery put in the two clerks were eating lunch and told me they weren't comfortable doing the watch battery went to another store 100 yards away and had it done in 10 minutes I will never go to zales again I guess they were upset that their lunch was interfered with they were in a class by themseleves
