Perfect experience, clean, polite staff, & quick. If everyone who had a good or perfectly fine experience here reviewed it, this place would have 4.9 stars.
Came in for some check up blood work. Made an appointment online for 730, showed up, signed in, waited in the clean waiting room for a few minutes. Got called in, got my blood taken by the very friendly and professional staff.

Very rude staff, threatening not to help. Full room of other angry people just trying to get their blood drawn. I have a heart issue and Natasha stressed me out so bad that I thought I would have to go to ER. They are not qualified to do their job and need to learn how to be kind to people.

Efficient with procedure and results. would be nicer to have a receptionist instead of a screen for checking in.

I was very satisfied with this Quest Lab. Easy making an appointment, easy in and easy out. The whole process was handled quickly and professionally so I could go on with the rest of my day.

Had a scheduled appointment, as well as having to fast. Environment was completely chaotic with 7+ people signed up for the same time slot. Their computer system was “down” and they very rudely informed anyone without physical paperwork that they had to leave. An older gentleman who was handicapped walked in and was greeted with the same rude demeanor and was not assisted in any way. Walk-ins are impossible and even if you have an appointment you will have to wait 30+ min to be seen, even without their entire computer system being down. If you have the means to go somewhere else, I would recommend you do so.

Windham Hospital location was closed unexpectedly to us. My partner, whom I accompanied to the Mansfield location (only other one nearby) came here after previously being told by the Windham location no appointment was needed and when we called all automated. Either way staff was rude as hell. No one else in room since 2:50 with 4 scheduled appointments while we sat as a walk-in only to be told we most likely won't be seen. Stay tuned this is 2nd visit after last time the same rude staff member tried to basically talk us away with her rudenes. By the way these are urines for Suboxone which has kept my partner clean off opiates for nearly 3 years and they're messing with people's lives essentially. I would not recommend using Quest Diagnostics in Mansfield. Mostly because of employee/staff unprofessionalism and inability to communicate in a respectful manner on 2 occasions. Unfortunately will have to come back by appointment next time. I'll be finding out employees name this time because it's the same woman, with the same nasty attitude. I guess she has better things to do. In my opinion hire people with empathy who enjoy their jobs!

Quest ALWAYS used to let you know if a test was not covered by insurance. Not any longer. Quest no longer cares about their clients...they just want the money. Purely Corporate Greed. Due to short staffing technicians have made multiple errors causing me to have to go back and forth. I have absolutely no confidence using Quest.
