  Credit Union's staff are always friendly and professional.

  A very good hometown credit union. BUT......their online access was down because of weather-related problems (in Texas). While this has never happened before perhaps the credit union should consider a vendor more local. Had no problem accessing other banking online accounts. That's why the 3-stars.

  Customer service over the phone is poor. They will leave you waiting for minutes at a time without checking back in on you. Stay away from Legal Service Plan they offer. The service never gets back to you and costs about $100 year. CSE did nothing in helping me get the Legal Service Plan to actually even return my phone... read full comment
