  177 dollars just for an oil change is bonkers!!!
  That's more expensive than the dealership!!!
  Guy goes that's the expensive oil, what? You can get 0w16 oil and filter for 40 bucks at retail auto stores🤦🤦.
  Lesson learned, never getting oil change there again SMH...

  Fairly good pricing on 4 tires. I brought another vehicle back for one tire and was surprised at the amount inconsistency. Overall, I think they do good work and I’d be happy to support them as a small local business.

  I am a 21-year-old girl and admittedly, I have never been to a mechanic without my dad or my brother present. As an out-of-state student, having car troubles can be very stressful, but everyone working here was super helpful, and they explained every detail very clearly to me directly. The price was very reasonable for the issue I was having, and it even came out to be much cheaper than a quote I had gotten from another suggested mechanic in the area. They were able to squeeze me in the day after I called them and fixed the issue immediately to the point there was a noticeable difference when I drove out of the parking lot. For any parents or students in the area that do not have a reliable Connecticut mechanic, this one is great.

  Had my daughter's car repaired there a couple of weeks ago. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. Jay did an excellent job. I highly recommend.

  Absolutely horrendous! A warning to parents and students at UCONN alike. To get a tow and a new battery they charged my daughter $477. We are outraged and they were completely inflexible on negotiating any kind of price. Oh, and they are happy to pass on the cost of using a credit card. Be ready to tack on almost $15 on the bill. Wham, bam, thank you, m’am.

  Mechanic came in “hungover” and could not fix the identified problem for the car. Customer came in for a tire alignment and waited 2 hours as the mechanic could not understand what was wrong, and then proceeded charge $130 to leave the car in worse shape than it was in before.Service: Wheel alignment
