Store is always a mess (like every other DG), they took away self checkout, and typically only have one person on register. Can you make it any more annoying to shop here?

Store is well run usually stocked with the items I need.
It is clean and organized.
Sometimes they have unadvertised deals like clearance items that are a good deal.
Manager and crew keep it well and there is always a greeting when entering the store.
I prefer country if the 🎵 has to play but screamo and classic rock are okay too.

Avoid this place. Had a very bad experience today. Around 7 30 pm. The cashier was confused about the prices. She denied clearence items stating that those things were expensive. There was a clearance in one set of items with blue dots. She denied a few items stating that the items were light blue dots instead of dark blue. First when she saw the cart full she shouted saying there were no bags. The assistant was also not helpful. I went there a few weekz ago during the day and the lay at that time was quite helpful. Please be cautious about the traps they weave you in. First they say it is in clearance then they deny at the counter. What more can I say.

the employees at this Dollar General location are so kind. I live right around the corner so I frequent the store regularly, always greeted with a good morning. the store is almost always fully stocked and there are a wide range of items kept neatly organized

I was fired for reporting a manager who stole tens of thousands of dollars and product that they filled a storage unit with. I was discriminated against for my disability and forced to step down as assistant manager because of my health issues. I submitted all of my medical paperwork and they still threatened to fire me if I didn’t step down to a key holder. Not to mention the forced off the clock work during your lunch breaks due to being the only key holder. Yes I got money in a lawsuit from that. Dollar General is a horrible company to work for. Toby forced me to step down and Sarah stole all of the deposits and product. If anyone remembers them. The district manager got fire happy over Sarah’s theft.

Always pleasant staff.Helpful in any way they can be. If this store sold produce, and had a deli, I'd never go anywhere else.

I’m reading reviews from years ago that seem to be good. This store is a mess. Dirty. You can barely walk down the aisles with all the over stock. Very unfortunate they allow their store to look this way….

During Covid 2020 when large stores were out of stock. I found this store and they had what I needed. The young, thin lady with glasses associate was very nice and told me when to come for toilet paper. They provided me toilet paper when places like Walmart, CVS, bigy, price chopper were all sold out to hold me over until I could buy big pack online for fair pandemic pricing. I barely have a reason to go there anymore but if I ever did I look here again. The down side is they never responded to my job applications I put in while back and the shelves were a little messy in some aisles.
