The food and my drink was fine but the two guys and pink haired girl ignored multiple customers to talk about their own personal problems and boy problems. The other girl was the only one working and she was having to do everything all alone. The pink haired one was basically yelling about her boy problems and relationships which made the atmosphere weird af

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague, if you enjoy having your coffee made incorrectly then this is the place for you. Also a warning, if you order online, a drink with any dairy alternative and they don't have it in stock, then they won't say anything and just make your coffee black. If you order online and ask for any donuts, be prepared to wait in line because they never will have your donuts ready

Food is just like at any other DD. However I have noticed that when you order ahead they will always mess up your order. Whenever I get a coffee and bagel/donut, they never ever bring out the food item. You always wait around until the staff asks what you are waiting for.

This Dunkin' has to be one of the worst, if not the worst, in all of Connecticut, maybe even New England. I placed an order for a latte on the app 50 minutes before their closing time and arrived at the store about 10 minutes later, expecting to pick up my order. To my surprise, the store's front door was already locked. When I went to the window to inquire about my food, the employee there made a snarky remark and told me to leave. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm now $4 poorer and have no caffeine in my system (I was adding a turbo to my BRZ that day, so I was really tired), so that made my day a lot worse. There's no excuse for closing 40 minutes early and treating customers who simply want the food they paid for this way. Do Better.

Fresh and delicious donuts and pretzels! Just come and choose from the large selection.I drink chocolate in many places and I think it was a great success for me, of course it is prepared with powder and not pralines but it was still very tasty. What's more, once I arrived at the place around 5:00 p.m. and almost all of the donuts and bagels were out of stock at the front desk. When I asked the seller, he said I could order and he would bring it to me from the kitchen. A bit of a bummer, all in all, you can check before and update before paying. There is a parking lot right next door and it says there is a 20 minute limit, in practice I don't really know who enforces it because it's just a parking lot so maybe you can take more time. You can sit there, there are many free places.Vegetarian options: Donuts/bagels are vegetarianParking: There is parking nearby and it says there is a 20 minute limit, in practice I don't really know who enforces it because it's just a parking lotKid-friendliness: Donuts or bagelsWheelchair accessibility: The place is attached to the ground so you can enter comfortably

Ordered ahead; everything was ready and correct.I do want to throw it out that on a previous occassion, I ate a carrot cake muffin from two different Dunkin locations (Canterbury and Coventry) on two different dates. In both cases, several hours later, I experienced symptoms akin to food poisoning. This is new to this year. I don't generally have food allergies but did so with this muffin. I did not experience this problem with any other muffin variety. In general, I love Dunkin! and visit often. If you go, be weary of carrot cake muffin. New things I've tried and recommend are the Carmel Chocolate Cold Brew and the Breakfast Bites.I also recommend joining Dunkin Rewards and taking advantage of opportunities to earn extra points!

hate complaining and i always understand when accidents happen, but when i nicely tried to explain my bagel in the breakfast sandwich was burnt black they went "uh ok?" and gave me a cold one and laughed as i drove off. the owners must be extremely desperate for employees.

I ordered a dozen donuts from their mobile app. Then I waited for half an hour but no one prepared my order! When I spoke to the staff, she couldn't find my order! She asked me which donut I wanted. I just tried to wait so I said you can choose for me. I am grateful to her for choosing only the stale ones. I threw them away.

I am a college student and the first semester this Dunkin was my go to most mornings but since then they have gone downhill. The past three times I have ordered hot coffee it has been cold every single time and this morning I got a stale bacon egg and cheese croissant with bacon so burnt it was literally black. When I took it out of the bag the first thing I noticed was a burnt smell and the croissant was hard as a rock. The drinks have also not been consistent because my go to drink tastes very different every time I order it. My roommate and I are not impressed and now go to a further Dunkin or Starbucks to get our morning coffee.

Can this Dunkin get any worse? The only reason I go there is that it is on my way to school. But multiple times, and on multiple occasions, this sad excuse of a Dunkin has mixed up my orders, or has not given me part of my order, and almost always refuses to give me a receipt. Not to mention the workers here act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. But today was the worst. As I pulled up the drive-through window the employee was combative from the beginning, "what do you need?" she asked. When I said I wanted to a sandwich with croissants, she cut me off mid-sentence and said, "I got no croissants." Okay, so I say, what have you got as a replacement. She sighs, exasperatedly, and condescendingly starts saying, bagels, English muffins, etc. So I order a bagel, instead of croissants. Then I order a black tea. Say it twice, a hot black tea. She then repeats, TWICE, "hot, black?" And I say yes twice. And pull up to the drive-through window. And just like 5 other times, when they give me my order, it is a BLACK COFFEE. Black coffee. So I say to the nice guy who is working on the window, "hey man you mixed up my order." At which point the rude woman appears on the window and says "what's the problem," as I describe my issue, she cuts me off and says, "I repeated your order twice." And I said, yes, I ordered hot black tea, and you said hot, black twice and I said yes. And by the way, this is not the first time this has happened. She then proceeds to roll her eyes and say okay pull up to the front and we will bring you your order. I refuse and wait at the drive-through until they bring me my order. Like seriously, what kind of incompetent fools are they hiring at this location, who act like they are doing you a favor by serving you drinks. Tell me why these people deserve raises again?

It ain't too bad most of the time, but they're definitely understaffed and therefore wait times aren't great. Today my drink wasn't mixed well and the hash browns I got were burnt, but its better than nothing I guess. Prices are also higher than lots of places.
