A huge shout out to Ximena at this branch. Within 90 minutes she'd set up multiple accounts and completed credit card applications, PLUS she answered a heap of questions we had and helped us to make the best decisions based on our current financial situation and goals. She was able to explain everything in ways we could understand, and made sure we knew about the best deals. Ximena was also super friendly, down to earth, professional, and had a great sense of humor and joked with us. The whole experience was fantastic, and Ximena is awesome!

For about a month I wasn't able to access my online account because a half dozen folks over the phone couldn't help and two people at the bank had me bring in my PC and I still couldn't use the online banking system. ?

ATM ISSUES ALL THE TIME! I deposited $70 in cash last Saturday and the ATM took my money and did not deposit it into my account. The ATM told me to see the teller inside and the teller did absolutely nothing to help me and did not even say I apologize for the inconvenience. She gave me back my ID and said to call customer service and that was it. After speaking with customer service, they told me that it would take up to a month for me to get the cash that I deposited. I was legally robbed if that makes any sense. I cannot believe that this is happening with my own cash that I deposited. This not the first issue with Key Bank that I’ve faced and I truly feel that I am being targeted by this bank. If am wrong I my feeling, than I apologize. However, it baffles me that I had $70 in cash to deposit and the ATM didn’t record it and the bank has still not given me my money back.

BE AWARE!! Visited KeyBank ATM April 10, 2023 to deposit cash into my account. ATM stole the $800 now I’m currently out $800 while they do a fraud investigation which can take 10-45 days to complete. The workers could care less, branch manager was on vacation until Thursday. I was able to speak to a nearby manager who did show some compassion. If I could give this experience no stars I absolutely would. My advice is to use a teller and not the ATM.

Opened an account with this branch yesterday. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, took the time to explain the different types of accounts offered and which ones would be best suited for my needs. The process of opening the accounts was quick and seamless. Thank you for your time and help Sharice and Brett! I look forward to working with them in the future.

Went to this location to cash in my son's coins since I have an account with this bank. My son was excited cause he's been saving for a long time for a game and when my son and I got there and explained that I have an account w/ them and would lile to deposit the coins in my account for my son I was met w/ an employee named America and another employee who reluctantly took the change but were making fun of my son and him cashing his coins IN FRONT OF US. Laughing out loud and making fun. My son felt terrible and ashamed and now doesn't want to save his money cause he feels ashamed to. I spoke to the branch manager Bret and he basically brushed the situation off and tried to make an excuse for thier terrible unprofessionalism. Never again will I do any type of business with this specific location

Ive been banking here way before it was Keybank, And i had the worst experience the other day with one of their unprofessional staff, I went to get a temporary card because ive been waiting over a week already for a new card, and working 2 full time jobs its kind of impossible to go into the branch, left work early to have time to go to the bank before the bank closed, to wait and have an employee what i was waiting for? When i explained to get a temporary card, His reply was" a card you cant purchase online with, or buy anything in the store with"? The teller can help you with that" So unprofessional...I looked at him and did want to escalate the situation, maybe if you were more professional and discrete.... I will deffently be looking for another bank ASAP....

I went there to open a new account. I was told to come back at 1230 which i did. As i waited a gentlemen arrived saying his missed his appt yesterday. He was given priority over me simply because the bank personal "knew the person" horible first imprrssion!!! Ive since opened an account at a different bank! And will not give key any more business.

Had a poor customer experience with a teller named Donna... At any other branch I've visited, if I have forgotten to fill out a deposit/withdrawal slip, the tellers have been nice enough to get one out and do it for me... Not this time. I went to grab a slip and she took the next customer in line. When I asked for the date, I was ignored... I filled out the wrong slip and was told to get another, at this point her irritation caused me irritation and I asked her to get me the right slip (I know all tellers have them). I asked for an amount back and she told me to subtract the amount from my deposit myself... Just a bad experience. I'm a customer! ...but not at this branch again.
