Hello My Name is Jennifer I have been having Key Bank Account for Me Since the Year 2022!!! I am Handicapped with Cerebral Palsy Disabilities and I Permanently Paralyzed on my Left Side!!! Every Since I had Opened Up My Bank Account with Key Bank All the Time the Employee's are Very Understanding and Very Friendly and Extremely Helpful with All Of My Personal Bank Stuff that I Needed to Take Care of for Myself!!! The Key Bank Employee's Never Ever Rushed Me at All they Let Me Take Care of All My Personal Business at the Bank!! They are Very Respectful and Kindness to Me!!! I am Truly Happy and Blessed that I had Opened My Bank Account for Me in the Year 2022!!!! With Me having Cerebral Palsy Disabilities and I have a Learning Disabilities it's Very Important to Me that I Feel Comfortable with My Personal Bank Stuff at this Bank!!! Thank You Every Person at the Key Bank in Storrs for being Understanding and being Positively Supportive and Make it Easier for Me to do My Personal Bank Stuff for Me at the Bank!!! If I could give a 0 I would do not use this bank I went to tale 100 of the atm they only gave me 25 the bank said they couldn't do anything cus the gym ran out of money ??

This location has a great staff as opposed to the Willimantic CT location which by the way are terrible at customer service. Janet has worked with me and is amazing and Andrew from this location also has been nothing less than great. Andrew gas been helping me out with an issue and he's nice and friendly. Highly recommend Key customers to this Storrs CT location.

After 4+ hours of talking to the branch manager about an issue on phone and in person. I was not happy with the bank anymore and asked for my account to be closed. The bank refused to give me cash only a check. OK no problem when I told the manager I then would be cashing it at the bank he said NO. I which point I had to remind him that checks are legal binding documents. He refused to cash a (from bank slip) an "Official Bank Check." And when explained to the teller who was an award winning teller in 2021 she said I can't do that. At which point the manager said ____ approved it. That tells me it is some type of bank policy not to, as the teller knew she can't do that. Just why. I don't understand and am scared that a bank manager needed approval from above him to cash an Official Bank Check drawn from that bank, that exact branch.This all started by the bank automatically flagging my bank account and even after the funds cleared and was in my bank account they could not give me access to the account. Key Bank would not or worse could not unflagged it after I provided everything they asked for.

The people are all so nice and helpful but unfortunately that doesnβt cut it. Key is a janky cut-rate operation, stuff often doesnβt work, youβre going to be frustrated and itβs not worth the $20 promo or whatever they are offering, just donβt make an account with them.

Key bank has always been very professional in their service. I have found it a great place to do banking. They always call me by name and are so polite.

You'd think a bank would be able to do a simple car loan with automatic withdrawal. I spent too much time having to go into the bank, talking to managers, filling out paperwork (3 times in three months) for automatic payments ...the first time, they didn't even have it set up even though it was done through a dealership; the second time, they denied the ACH because we were changing the payment to an earlier date; the third time, they denied it because the date was changed back to the original day but they pulled the money out two days later... ended up getting a lower rate loan somewhere else. I don't know where the disconnect happens but it was painfully obvious this bank doesn't know what it's doing.
