“We rescue our little guy, Buddy 4 years ago.
He does not like being away from us, and really dose not like being crated. We found a great groomer (Cat) who understood Buddy's needs and fears. We had tried other groomers before going to PETCO, and did not have the great experience that we got at the Willimantic Petco. Special thanks to Cat!!!! ❤️?❤️”
“The owner was fantastic. She allowed us a virtual visit to meet the hedhehog first. She answered all of our questions and showed us how to handle the hedgehog we purchased. She has kept in touch since we beought the baby home. Love him. Would highly recommend.”
“My dog passed away suddenly and I ended up here on the afternoon of 2/28/19. The staff was great and brought out two different puppies for me to spend some time with. They kept checking back to see how things were going and after about 45 minutes I decided that Clark, a 10 week old Lhasa Apso would be a great addition to my family. It's hard loosing a pet, but the staff at All Pets helped me through it and provided me with a new family member too. They explained everything and took care of registering Clark's chip, asked me if there was anything else they could do for me and helped me carry out my new pet, and all of his new toys. Clark, and the staff at the N Windham All Petts Club made the grief process a little bit easier! THANKS GUYS!”
“Got a flasklight as a gift...no receipt, nothing. Josh the Manager helped me with my issue of it not keeping a charge. Josh diagnosed the problem and even though the store did not have one and nothing showed on line ,Josh matched the battery to one they did have and replaced the battery. Definitely went above and beyond to solve my problem. Treated me like stores used to. So refreshing. Thank you Josh.”

“DELICIOUS deli sandwiches -- and my husband is very picky. Also found some things I never found before (anywhere) like Nature's Miracle Laundry Booster for my dog that has accidents. They even helped me out with the Frequent Buyer program, which they definitely did not need to do. Everyone was extremely nice! Will be back soon! Thank you!”
