Time and time again I learn my lesson as to what staples to go to. I tried to get some services done at a different location and they were just not nice.
I went here and Vanessa in copy and print was so incrediblely accommodating and insanely friendly. I needed a rush for laminating posters and she did it within 15 minutes and was just so nice about it. I genuinely appreciate the speediness and recognizing that sometimes people are unable to wait.

Very poor customer service. Also, although they advertise as a UPS drop off location they do not accept all UPS drop of packages, even when the stores that you are returning merchandise to list them as a drop off location. Go to UPS instead.

Professional and efficient during my visit to Staples. Excellent service. Purchased a printer and was installed within a couple of hours by an associate.

Police showed up at my door with a no trespassing order even though they were told I was formal and courteous at the store.
They are trying to rip me off on a $400 refund and so they will do anything to try and stop me.
Who cares the place sucks. They close earlier than my grandmother goes to bed and their favorite answer is "I don't know" to every question.

I had needed to print 1 pg 200 copies and had asked what is the cheapest and quickest way to get this done. Her reply was I don't understand....I feel they were not busy with the machines behind them they cld have easily put the 1 page into the copier and printed 200 easy. Machines operate by themselves once you plug in how many you need. The alternative was to use the copier I operate myself. Fine. I plug in the 1 doc. 200 press button aaaand the dang machine starts printing 200 blank pages. LoL go figure. The gentleman was kind enough to explain let the 200 pass through and we credit you. It happens he says. All righty then!

Fantastic service from the manager of this Willimantic Staples. Had purchased Emerge Vortex chair for my husband as a Christmas present. I paid to have it assembled and when I got it home found that the seat was on backwards. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted the store manager and cannot say enough about the excellent service she provided. She was very apologetic and refunded the price of the chair and I had my son reassemble the chair correctly so that I did not have to bring it back to the store.
