We are from Indiana and our son goes to UConn. We have used this UPS location for shipping and storage. They supply and pick up boxes from your location and then store them over summer break. Tricia has been FANTASTIC to work with. It is very convenient and reliable.

Fantastic customer service with Tricia as always. The student summer storage option has been great these last few years. A perfect option for out of state UCONN students.

I had an amazing customer service experience at this UPS store. I bought and shipped a few boxes through this location and unfortunately one of them arrived in poor condition, BUT Cara was extremely due diligent in following up on my claim and making things right.
