Today I called about some packages I had there and Mr. Chi was very rude, with a very bad attitude and unprofessional, he showed no interest in helping me, he denied that the packages were there and he didn't even ask me for the tracking number to verify, and he sent me to another email and when I went there the girl helped me and called Mr. Chi who again with his bad attitude told him that they weren't there without verifying, once he decided to verify after I don't know how many attempts he told us that the packages were there and hung up the call. They should check what kind of people they hire to work with customer service,

I continue to be amazed by the inconsistent service at the Storrs post office! It is almost as if they vie to see who is NOT going to assist customers. I have witnessed employees treating foreign students rudely, have been told my perfume stinks (when I don't wear perfume--the gentlemen behind me told the employee it was his cologne), and now I can add employees arguing about schedules and yelling at each other in front of customers to my list! All while NOT waiting on those of us in line! Needless to say we left without mailing our letters or packages. I was not about to stick around to be waited on by the employee who had just yelled at a fellow employee that she was coming to help us. So very, very wrong! Please fix this!

Horrible. They didn't even let me talk to a representative, and left me on the phone with a bot. Actual horrible service.
So, I'm in college, and I live in a dorm, and ordered some stuff from Shein, but this morning I got an email saying my packages couldn't be delivered because USPS had some address problems or something. I tried calling USPS a bunch of times, even tried to submit a service request and talk to a real person. But every time I called, I just got stuck with a robot and never got to talk to anyone, even when I said 'agent' when it gave me that option. I'm not trying to be a Karen or anything; if they can't answer, that's fine, I'll just call back later. But they never mentioned that the lines were super busy or anything, and they gave me the option to talk to an agent, but I just kept getting sent back to the main menu, which is really frustrating.

The male clerk has no idea what he's doing half of the time. I asked for a manager and she was absolutely no help. Going to coventry was much easier and the clerks there knew how to correctly do a registered mail piece

My postal carrier refuses to deliver mail to my home For some reason. Whenever I receive small parcels, they are shoehorned into my mailbox. No less than three occasions, I have been told that mail could not be delivered due to obstruction of property or doorway. Which was simply not the case. The driver also has an aversion to leaving the vehicle. If this person does not not want to deliver mail, or provide the service which it entails. This person should be behind a desk. Repeated phone calls to the post office have provided no resolution. After living in four states one in the south one in the southwest and two states in New England, I can say that this is the worst lack of service that I have experienced in my adult lifetime. More over the lackadaisical attitude of the home office is appalling. if you live in Mansfield/Mansfield Center… I wish you better luck than I have had.

Dropped a pallet of priority mail boxes off at a friend of mine’s house. We have no use for them, trying our best to get rid of them and the staff here is telling me I can’t use them to ship using a regular label. Whoever the postmaster here is, you can come retrieve these paper weights.

Unbelievable, the inability to deliver a simple letter to my mailbox, to leave a note ages ago, but never update the tracking till 2 days before return to sender. The inability to do their simple job is consequently unacceptable, if any other gov job was as lazy and uncoordinated as they are we would all die.

I am a careless man who lost his passport and need to mail something to the Chinese Embassy.The clerk is a super nice madam and she is so patient. She helped me go through every steps to set up everything correctly. Literally saved my day. 5/5 for sure.

The customer service at this place is the best I have ever experienced. They go the extra mile to help me out. The people at the front desk are friendly and always are a joy to see. Thanks for everything!
