Rudest phlebotomist I have ever encountered (and I have been to *a lot* of blood appointments). Would give negative stars if I could. Didn't get a great look at her name tag but it was either Chandy or Chandi. The attitude was insane. It was upsetting. The world sucks already and choosing kindness is free.

Would leave zero stars if I could. I made appt online well in advance and showed up a few minutes early. They have no front desk the window has been covered. I checked in with the kiosk and waited....and waited and waited. The lobby was full and no staff came from the back to get clients the entire time I was there. I was there early morning for ( fasting) bloodwork and the screen in the lobby said 12 pts scheduled in the next 60 min. I left...and I wasn't the only client in the waiting room disappointed and leaving

No bruising, very good phlebotomist. I almost always am left with bad bruising. And they took around 20 vials from me.

I have never been treated so poorly before at a medical facility. The way I was treated was not comforting especially when this person is about to stab me with a needle. I will never go to Quest again. This service deserves no stars.

Went to Marlborough-arrived 2:41. They refused to do a blood draw because they close at 3 pm. Not sure how much blood they thought they were taking that it would take 20 minutes…wish I could decline to work 20 minutes before the day ends….

Only gets 4 stars cause the young woman I had was an absolute gem. I got seen in a short amount of time and it was painless. But there was a tough talkin’ older woman who clearly didn’t like having to work or her job that put me off.

The woman was very personable and efficient, we only waited for a couple minutes, and she was very good at performing the blood draw.

I normally avoid this place like the plague, but my doctor's printer wasn't working and he talked me into going here. You feel like cattle waiting in an almost silent room, with only a tv occasionally telling you how easy it is to pay, and no human interaction of any kind. Once I was called in, the phlebotomist was rude, and seemed annoyed that I didn't know everything they did, despite not ever working in the field. At one point, they told me to open my ears, when I asked them to repeat something. Once I got to the point of getting the blood drawn, they asked me to agree to a ridiculous fee, for things I've gotten at less than 1/4 of that price, and many times were just fully covered, so I ended up leaving without even getting the work done. Complete waste of time and quite the mood dampener.
Update: Had the same bloodwork done at Marlborough Middlesex Lab a few buildings away, and insurance covered it. I don't know if Quest doesn't run my insurance properly or not, but they've always wanted fees that I didn't have to pay anywhere else. I'm confused by that.

Quick in and out . staff were very pleasant and engaging in conversation. Staff were helpful to a older gentlemen who had vision problems without hesitation.

Worse Quest office in the state. Poor customer relations. Poor customer service. Rude, condescending staff. After reading other comments how does a company keep such employees. These girls should find another line of work.
