I have been a patient of Dr Rafalowsky since` 1999 Myself my family now my Wife and Kids and so on The Staff is Absolutily amazing, Awesome to say the very least, Outstanding Service ,Prices, are very affordable and this Dr will actually Listen to you YES he will LISTEN to what you have to say not just blow you off That s why I've been Seeing This Dr Rafalowsky yearly since 1999 and since 2002 I've since moved to Florida and every 2 years i revisit CONN and go to See DR Rafalowsky He is The Best Paul Lussier Dec 29 2022

I have been a patient here for 20 years. I’ve had family members that went as well as friends. This is the most helpful staff at a Drs office that I’ve ever known. Jen and Nancy are family and Dr Rafalowsky takes his time with you. I never feel rushed and he’s always answered any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend this office you won’t be disappointed.

This office is wonderful. Dr. Rafalowsky is great and the office staff are very friendly and so accommodating. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for myself or my son whether it be same day for problems that arise or scheduling our yearly checkups. The fact that they have Saturday hours is a huge plus for anyone who works a full time job. You can’t go wrong with this office.

Called for an appointment, the office was able to fit me in even though they already had a very busy day. The doctor was very professional and efficient, the whole process from start to finish was very easy, great office.

Excellent care. I was scheduled soon after I called, treated well in the office, and set up with everything I needed. Dr. Rafalowsky is attentive and the staff is kind. Plus, it's in a really cool building.

Phenomenal! I’ve been switching eye doctors over the years. I’m beyond grateful for an eye doctor who completely covered all the bases on eye issues no one else ever addressed! I’ve been going here for a few years now, made the move because I was tired or the marketing scams at eyewear places of the past. On to my Third pair of glasses and the digital progressives that this Dr. recommend are the best pair of glasses ever. He makes it simple and everyone is very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this Dr.
