Love the company, but I didn't like a worker following me around talking about scents I said I clearly didn't care for. Spraying them in my face or on my arm. Worse than a furniture salesman, up selling to the wrong person, ended up just leaving and not buying anything.

I was in this store today and it’s a beautiful store. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. There were FOUR people working and not one person said a word to me. I was literally a foot away from a worker who was putting product out and nothing. The other two were gossiping at the register and complaining about someone telling them their sales for the previous week or something weren’t good enough and whatever else. Doesn’t matter, shouldn’t be done in the floor in front of customers. Sales aren’t good there because the associates are on the floor greeting customers or trying to sell any products. The cashier greeted me when I walked up and wasn’t that pleasant either. I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll find another one to go to.

Products are the bestStaff are welcoming and amazing.But why 3 stars.My wife hade to leave because the fear of knocking something down with her wheelchair. The space between everything is not easy to navigate and the large towers are packed in such a way that one bump will make it all come tumbling down.

They close more than 10 minutes early. They place an employee at the door to turn people away until it’s the actual closing time. I watched them turn so many people away as I sat in the massage chairs in front of the store. it was ridiculous. Bad business

Nice store with reasonable prices. I like that they had the store associates in the front of the store available to help answer any questions we had, as well as give us a carrying bag to place our items in. Samples were clearly marked which allowed us to smell the aroma of each item we were looking at.

Always love this store. They have the greatest candles and the variety is wonderful. Anything that has a sent they have it. Hand lotions, face creams, hand sanitizers, body spray, and so on.
