The service reminds me of arguing with a Democrat terrible 😕 never go there unless you want to be ignored or you could inconvenience the staff by asking a question. Needless to say my feet are killing me no help don't waste your 5 minutes!

Update: After speaking with the district manager Brian further about this experience the issues were addressed and the issues were corrected in a way that made everyone happy. Since this issue has been rectified I have updated my rating from one star to 3. I would like to thank Brian again for his time and attention to the issues I had, it is absolutely appreciated.
Original: Customer service here is horrible. Management is rude and disrespectful. The store is also not ADA compliant and I couldn't get through almost any of the aisles with my wheelchair, I also got passed over several times while in line waiting because they couldn't see me in my chair because of the disorganized clutter all over the registers. I would NEVER recommend anyone shop here! You would get better service from a honey badger if you stole its baby. 🙄

I want to thanks Ocean, the store manager, and Nicole from this store assisted us finding our Crocs. I shopped at other Crocs but this store was diffent because of them. They were excellent!

Friendly, attentive staff. Basically had a personal crocs fitting when I went to the store! A staff member even showed me all different kinds of jibbits. I will be back!

The two salespersons at the register were VERY rude. I'm not usually one to write reviews, especially negative ones. But oof. One wasn't so bad, but the other one whose name I didn't catch had such an attitude. I walked up twice, once to ask a question and then the second time to check out. Both times seemed as if I was interrupting a very serious conversation between the two. Like shame on me, a paying customer for bothering the workers and interrupting them talking. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with anyone in this store. Looks like I'll be using the Clinton one more frequently. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because they actually had what I was looking for.
