The store offers a wide variety of beautiful clothing and a great selection of colors and design. The fabrics used are soft and comfortable. My daughter loves this store and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have great deals, and my daughter always finds something she likes when we go.

NO PLUS SIZE?!Then when I try to go into the dressing room with my sister to give her my opinion on the dresses she’s going to buy, they tell me only one persons allowed? Im sorry? Is this not a mall in a casino? We can’t sit down in the dressing room to get a break from walking?! The African American girl working gave me attitude, bad service. I should be allowed to go in with my sister, we are family…FAMILY. I recommend you get rid of that employee, disrespectful. Bad customer service, do better. You earn enough money to have better employees.

This Forever 21 at the Tanger Outlets in Foxwoods was absolutely amazing. The sales were so cheap and good and the costumer service was impeccable. I will definitely return soon.

My wife and I went to a Forever 21 store in Connecticut today, Tuesday, November 5, 2019. We found the store well stocked, well arranged and easy to get around. Everything was reasonably priced and there was a really good sale on, as well. My wife and I liked the styles for women. They were very tasteful and classic in design. However be careful with the men's clothing. I found a hooded jacket that I liked and it was very reasonably priced. But when I unzipped the jacket to try it on, I noticed it really wasn't a men's jacket at all but a women's jacket, although the tag said men's jacket. I checked other jackets and got the same result. I didn't inquire of anybody since I didn't like that detail. I simply didn't buy it. I don't know if there had been some mistake or not. It certainly has made me more observant for the future. Both my wife and I like shopping at Forever 21. We like their selection and their prices.

Pretty horrible that they have no Forever 21+ items at this location, even the smallest locations offer plus size. Just horrible.
