Quote..I was told that I'd had to go through some hazing (which is very unprofessional to say to an employee). In my humble opinion the overall management are some nasty individuals (except the girl that recruited me), and the hazing seemed like its basically a test (like a fraternity) to see how much respect you have for yourself. But hey..this is what i went through..doesn't necessarily mean you'll go through the same thing. It also depends on the tolerance that you have..to take being disrespected.

It's their company policy not to pay refunds, they only issue credits so you need to purchase more of their product to "get your money back". When we returned bad product they issued a credit memo. We haven't purchased anything further from them and when I called to ask for the credit to be refunded they said I "lost" the credit because I didn't use it so there is nothing to refund. They got their product back and kept our money, too.
