Great experience at At&t broad st Meriden ct . Thanks to Kat, Kyle and Ale our experience was a reminder of Great customer service and how knowledgeable service should be in all aspects. Keep up the great work because it sets the standard pretty high with a inviting environment, fun family vibe that makes coming to the store so much more fun than just buying online. I highly recommend coming here for this dream team experience of beautiful smiles with the enthusiasm to interact with the customer. They will give you honest opinions with no bias towards the products.

Went there the yesterday to get two new phones. Destiny was the young lady that helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and answered each and every question I had. She patiently worked out the numbers so I could save as much money as I can. Due to AT&T’s rules and regulations we ran into several roadblocks, which Destiny and her manager (Tiffany) navigated through. The employees at this location are all about teamwork and customer service. Thank you for all the help.

Kat was wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues too complicated for me to fix with my phone and Apple Watch. Great service. I never felt rushed and I felt heard with my frustrations.
Alongside Kay was Leonard who was equally as helpful and courteous. You have a wonderful staff there and for me that has made all the difference.

Went in today thinking I was going to need to buy a new phone. My phone now hasn't been charging on a wire for months and I thought the port was broken. Alejandra at AT&T cleaned my phone up and charged it on a charger. I appreciated her professionalism and kandor.

Placed order online and it was put on hold. When I called the store to ask the reason for the hold I was put on hold for at least 15 minutes before I got annoyed and hung up. A few minutes after I hung up I got an email that my order was completely cancelled, yet they charged my card. It took over a week to get my money deposited back into my account. Worst customer service, not a good look for a potential new customer. Definitely not interested in working with ATT now.
