I’ve been here many times in the past and will continue to come here for service. They are very fair, which is not something you can always say with auto mechanics. I trust them to do the job right and trust that they aren’t overcharging me. My kids bring their cars here now as well.

Civali’s Auto Service is the best. They kept us informed of my car’s problems and went above and beyond to see to it that the vehicle was fixed thoroughly. I appreciate their attention to detail as the car had a few issues.

This is an honest place that goes above and beyond to fix your car. They diagnosed the problem and communicate it with a clear understanding of the charges. My family all bring their cars to them. Its hard to find a mechanic that fits all these attributes! I’m grateful someone told me about them…

Steve, John and the team at Civali’s are always great! I have been working with them for a few years now and communication has always been great! They have helped me with a wide range of issues I have had with my vehicles and I am always satisfied with the work they do! I would highly recommend them!

Civali’s is right down the street from my work so it is so convenient to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work. They always ask if they can drop me off at work when I drop my car off in the morning. They are always so pleasant and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and don’t feel like I am getting ripped off my dealer fees. They are a quality shop. They even print off manufacturer recalls for my car, just to notify me of anything wrong. Never had anyone else do that for me. They go the extra mile.

They quoted me 3500 for a dual cat converter replacement offering no alternative, I think by law they must do this but I’m looking for a mechanic that will tell you everything. Anyway I changed the pcv valve myself, got an engine flush and oil change from quick lube (in and out in less than 20 mins with no appointment) These things costed about 150 total and cleared the fault. I trust these mechanics that are booked months out even less now.
