Customers praise the regular staff for being pleasant and helpful when reachable. However, the pharmacy is understaffed for the volume of prescriptions, causing waits of up to three days for some medications. The store itself is fine, but the bathrooms are deplorable, with one of two bathrooms described as disgusting. Despite this, the pharmacy remains open on holidays and can have prescriptions expedited within 24 hours. Staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the store is well organized. Many consider it the best pharmacy in Meriden, with medication always ready and on time.
Seems to be a shortage of people most of the time. Otherwise everyone is helpful and nice

This is a horrible location! Rude people work here. They can't get my prescriptions right. I constantly run out because it is not eligible for refill until a week after I run out! And when I try to fix it they just make rude comments. Useless CVS location!
