Whatever lady answered the phone didn't like their job because they were soooo rude and talked over you or either paused and didn't say anything at all

Never a great experience getting your car towed but the driver was very polite even after i flipped out a bit check for those no parking signs people

I am so so thankful for Danby’s Towing, especially their staff member, Ryan. He was very kind and really helped calm down my anxiety after my front tire blew out. He was able to tow my car to the local Town Fair Tire and bring me back home for a very fair price. If I’m ever having car troubles again I know who to call.

I was driving behind a Danby's tow truck and he literally pulled over ubruptly in front of me without any warning. I almost ran into his truck and when I politely said, "excuse me, you pulled over without warning, I almost hit you."

I almost ran into his truck and when I politely said, "excuse me, you pulled over without warning, I almost hit you." His response was, "keep it moving, watch how you're driving." Lol great customer service. He was a young kid. Not a good reprentation of the company.

Never showed up after telling my husband they would be there in 45 minutes. He tried to call them 3 times to see where they were and they wouldn't answer. He ended up having to call a different towing company to get help.
