Katz knows his gloves. 10 minute on the phone, I was asked the type of glove, color and desired break in. I was given real expectations as to any color changes and what break in would and would not do. I am 100% satisfied. Quick turnaround as well. First Base Heart of Hide so it was a chore I am sure but all came out perfectly.Thanks!
