Setting up my storage unit was a breeze! I called after seeing their great reviews and prices online. After reserving my unit, Rachel called and help me get everything ready for whenever I decided to drop my stuff off! She even changed my code because it was a bit long lol. Super thoughtful!

Easy drive up access to my unit. In a good area. The property manager, Rachel is very nice and helpful with my storage needs. Explained my rental lease very well and upfront. I know my future experiences here will be handled with great customer care. Thank you.

I started off talking to somebody online. Her name is Bria She was very helpful and helping me set up the reservations for my storage unit. was very kind and patient during the whole procedure. I then received a follow up call by Rachel Who manages the storage facility? I am going to be at. She was very nice and helpful giving me for an easy understand instructions and guiding me through the process and what to expect. Both of them were incredibly awesome people.

I rent 2 large unit from the Meriden location and it’s always nice and clean and I’ve never had a problem while on the premises. The manager is personable and always answers my questions.

This place is just fantastic. It's right between my home and my office making it extremely convenient and the staff is just so helpful. I started my experience explaining what I was looking for and the person at the front desk made everything happen so quickly. I typically don't give five stars, so you know this was an exceptional experience

I had such a good experience at SROA! 😊 Rachel, the manager was the best. She was helpful and totally knew her stuff!
Rachel was very easy to talk to, and answered everything I needed to know. I really felt like she cared about helping me, not just making a sale. The facility itself was super clean and had all the security features, which made me feel safe about leaving my things there.

had a great experience with Storage Rentals of America. The online lease process was quick and very easy to complete.
