I am distraught. My mother went into this facility to get phone services and was met with such disrespect. She came home shaking because of the transaction that happened. I cannot believe you allow people to work in public service places and have no knowledge of customer service skills. To make matters worse, the woman had a CHILD behind the counter & was carrying on the way she did.

I would give it a 0 but I can't, in this store they never help you, they never have the phone number you are looking for so this store is a waste of time if you are going to go there

Customer service not the best, employee was extremely vague in answering any of my questions, would not pull up prices or look at my account. The phone selection is terrible and my service was bad too. So happy I switched to another mobile carrier. Now I don't have to deal with Metro anymore.
