Great place to workout. Always machines available. Great and friendly staff. I got the higher level membership and have to say the massage chair and the water massage table are amazing!

Love it here when I go the crowd is small only wish they had more upgrades like some of the other big name places but since im just getting back into lifting this is perfect.. always clean always helpful
