They are rude & unprofessional. However since I wrote corporate they have seem to picked up the pace a little.. It’s sad when they know that they have a monopoly on the blood draw. They do need to take some classes in interpersonal communication skills…!!

The technician who took care of me at QUEST was excellent. I don't know her name but I wish I did. She was fast, friendly and efficient. No pain from the needle. I would go back to her again.

My first time visiting The Beeches Meriden location. Maria was friendly and courteous. She welcomed me in even after we realized that I had arrived at the wrong Quest facility. I was very appreciative. Quick and easy in and out.
