There ATM machined are always down
If you try to use the outside one in the rain, forget about it. There's no cover, you andvyour car are soaked. The atm is ALWAYS down

TD is the WORST bank ever.... the customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't help when needed. The manager is helpless as well. Even called customer service and nothing got resolved. Even though it's on their power to find out where the money went nothing was done and lost some money, nowhere to be found. TERRIBLE!!!! Google should have zero start rating. I would have given zero start. Their lucky to have one start. Pleeease don't open an account with them. I don't recommend it.

I really dislike this bank. My elderly parents have a home equity loan through these folks, and they are constantly messing with the account. My parents fell behind on the loan and had to pay many interests and late fees when I got involved, I went to the bank and met with the manager who got the loan department on the phone. Spent forty-five minutes trying to get an exact number for the payoff, and as soon as we did, I paid it. The very next bill came in ten days later for the new month and already included a ten dollar late fee.. When I challenged them on this, they told me that they messed up doing the math and owe the $10. I asked them what my time was worth, since I was there forty-five minutes, and they simply responded by saying, "You owe us a ten dollar late fee." I'd love to hear more stories about how this bank cheats people so that we can bring them to the forefront and let everyone know how horrible they are.

Mario is always fast and efficient with a smile. Overall this location is great but seems to be understaffed sometimes causing occasional waits, making it 4⭐️ instead of 5. This location of TD BANK has taken care of me with my financial needs for 2+ years.

I use to like this bank but in last year or so it has become poorly managed . Only 1 teller for inside 1 for drive through causing the wait to take for ever . Last vist line of 15 ppl including myself. I have become very disappointed. And reaching a point of moving all my money to one of my other bank .

Honestly, I like a lot of the people in this bank but what makes me really upset is no one ever answers the phone and when they finally do they put you on hold for Ever so it’s kind of ridiculous so I’m giving you this rating so you could get better at answering the phone and putting people on hold

Worse place to do banking. Connecticut has many small, medium, and big banks, and you don't have to fall into the trap here.
