“I absolutely loved my drop off place in Meridan the couple that runs the place is excellent. The place I came from in Corbin Kentucky however rented me horrible equipment that was dangerous. The 10 ft truck had broken mirrors. The tow dolly was very damaged and broken with worn out ratchet straps that dud not stay on the tires abd had been previously damaged on the left wheel side. The guy running the place didn't let me inspect it with him. He did put my van onto the tow dolly but it was to not show me how damaged the tow dolly was. Which I could've asked for another one or upgraded to a car trailer. My trip wouldn't have taken me over 24 hours for a 12 hour move back home. The couple in Meridan agreed and told me the equipment was to dangerous for my move to come home. They were glad U made it back in one piece. The couple took very good care of me and my family helping me put most of my stuff into storage. I am forever grateful to that couple that runs the one in Meridan at the Uhaul at Lincoln Square.”
“Great service and Steph was AMAZING and super helpful! The truck is very nice and much better than when I went with Uhaul last time. It trailers the car behind it beautifully and it is easy to see the trailer wheels in the mirror. A much better ride too, and more power. With the Uhaul we had a hard time getting though the rockies and up the hill on my road. A++++ would recommend Steph and this company for your moving needs. Thank you guys so very much!!”
“The location and equipment were great! Unfortunately the after hours drop off process online was very inconvenient. The app/website did not have my reservation information I had to call into customer service and sit in the vehicle for almost 30 mins waiting. When I finally thought I was all set, the pictures would not upload. I had to take the pictures over several times before they were accepted. An easy process took almost an hour to complete. This was my only issue. Hopefully this can be resolved so it doesn’t happen to future patrons.”
“Purchased a Jeep from Cheap Auto Rental and it was an incredibly easy, fair, and honest process. A day or two after I noticed an issue and called them, not only did they tell me to bring it in without questions to fix, but due to a family emergency I went a week without bringing the car in. Not only did they not forget, they called me to asking if the problem was resolved and if I needed it fixed still. I can't imagine there are any other dealers going out of their way to ensure things worked out. I was so impressed with them and their deals that I am buying two more cars. For their prices and payment arrangements, I would be pressed to find a place better.”
“I've used Penske multiple times and always a great experience. Had to call for roadside assistance to fix an issue with the truck and the mechanic came right out and fixed it while I was busy unloading the truck. Definitely recommend.”
“Rente a rock hound, picked it up at 7 am. It was ready. Around 1pm it blew an O ring. We called. I walked across the street to do something was gone a total 10 mins. When I walked back, the service guy was already cleaning up. That's fast. Thank you guys”
“I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy”
