In this pharmacy, there is no respect for the person, they are not professionals, they are a disaster. Last year I asked if they could deliver my medications to my home and they told me that they should not change the administrator and in disputes it is a shame that being such an accessible pharmacy it works so badly I hope you take these opinions seriously

I had a bad experience calling about a medication that I need to ship, the person who answered the call was very rude when asking to speak in Spanish and hung up on me.
Then I called again, the other person connected me with someone in Spanish, and when I wanted to explain that I needed to be understood and I understood, he responded to me to tell him what I needed and stop complaining and he called me a crybaby.
The truth is that this service and attention from the pharmacy staff is terrible and I see that it is not just me who has suffered from it.
I hope this reaches Walgreens management and they give human relations training to these people who should not be in customer service.
They did not solve my order and I am not receiving my medication because of offensive people
Please do something about that staff.

I have been using this Pharmacy for many years and have never had any problems.
But unfortunately I don't know what's happening lately, I've had a bad experience.
They are young, intelligent and beautiful people.
But unfortunately they are too rude to the people who go to get their medications with their conditions and discomforts and to that you add that they treat you badly when what you want is to be at home because you feel bad
Regrettable Walgreens no longer works!

Strictly for prescriptions. General items very limited. There is always a waiting period of about 5 to 20 minutes. The cashiers are not well trained and frequently need help from a manager. While the pharmacist is quite knowledgeable, the remaining staff are not that fluent in English. If you need to pick up more than one prescription you need to check if all is in the bag.

Mrs. Luz Echavarria, who was assisting me when I was asking for my son's medicine, was very racist because I don't speak English. She yelled at me and told me to learn English. She didn't want to give me the medicine, using profanity. I had to listen to everything until another employee told me. I deliver the medicine, this lady does not have the virtue and patience to treat other people, she should not be dedicated to this customer service job since it leaves the good name of Walgreens in ruins due to this situation, I must change my healthcare provider. medications, I don't deserve that this lady mistreats me like that. I hope that Walgreens pays attention to the quality of people they hire to represent them.

I went to get my meds and they had an issue about my service dog on top of it the woman ringing me out she went to get my meds and out loud to herself went omg. I felt upset and Humiliated they need to reevaluate their staff.

Terrible customer service in person and on phone. If your miserable working there just get a new job. And fix y'all attitudes too please y'all are no better then anybody else. Probably the worse Walgreens in Meriden.

one of the most terrible pharmacies i’ve been to. it’s like they hate giving you your medication. the workers who work there and in the chc are terrible.UPDATE 8/19/23- FIX THE STAFFING.. i get that it is a small pharmacy and there is literally no medicine ever in stock, but there is one girl who works there each time i go who is so rude and disrespectful. she’s been working there for a while now and she gotta go!!

The hours are horrible now I work Monday through Friday until 5pm the drive home is about 45 mins so by the time I make it to Meriden they are closed and now the pharmacy is not open sat or sun is very inconvenient for me

I called to find out how to change my address since I am receiving my prescriptions at another establishment and it is very far away and the girl who helped me treated me rudely and with an attitude as if she didn't mind helping me. We don't need people like that to take charge of our lives because I was calling for some medication.

I was there this past Saturday and the lady helping me at the counter was so rude. I didn’t catch her name but it was about 9:30 AM and her and the pharmacy manager were the only 2 people on there. She first got so annoyed that I was there to receive a booster shot. She only asked for my ID and insurance card, nothing else and at the very end, I had her the paper that I was asked to fill out prior to the appointment and she again got rude and goes “you should have handed this to me in the beginning, I needed it” again she only asked for my ID and insurance card.After I sat down a lot more people had arrived and she kept complaining how she was cold because she had been standing in the same spot for so long helping people and checking people out at the register. There were other things that transpired during this visit as well.I will never be returning to this place. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a place like this in my entire life.
