The pharmacist Amanda Butkiewicz is not only rude, a racist and has no control of her very rude and unpleasant staff members!! Herself and Erika (a pharmacy tech) need to be fired immediately!! refusing to give prescriptions to PT's, responding rudely, telling PT's oh well you need the medication it's not my problem. Where did they obtain their certificates and license? Whatever school would be ashamed to know they're in the field responding and acting out of disrespect to people that need their services! I will be calling and complaining to corporate as well! I will never go back to this pharmacy and wouldn't recommend anyone else to!

Is the worst pharmacy ever I been to I went there to filled my prescription and they gave me different medication and wouldn't fix it but the staff from the pharmacy have a bunch young women that have no respect for the customers I highly recommend to everybody to avoid going to the Walgreens pharmacy on West main St in Meriden they do what they want and with an attitudes they should get rid of all those immature women and hired some respectful ladies

NO STAFF!!! Doors open with no staff on the floor EVER. impossible to drop FedEx packages unless you're willing to wait 15-30 minutes for someone to show up. why is this location still open?

First time ever going to this location, and the last. Went through the drive thru. The woman on the receiver was extremely rude, I mean RUDE. Be warned. Never, I mean NEVER, go through the Drive Thru. Or, use this Pharmacy

Drive thru pharmacy is awful, the people working here are the worst I've ever dealt with. They make you wait too long just to get your prescriptions, I was in the drive thru line for 45min with 3cars ahead of me and I have 2kids under 3in the car getting antsy. What should take no more than 10min, is an hr long trip, when I live 3min away and my car wastes gas on idle. Horrible and inconsiderate people

Being generous with 1 star... had an appointment for a vaccine and when we arrived were told rather gruffly that they sent voicemails cancelling appointments... maybe the idiot didn't think that if I had gotten a voicemail I wouldn't have driven from the next town to get there. If they had been a little polite and said sorry if you didn't receive the notification I wouldn't be as upset but no we were pretty much told to go away and make another appointment... never again.

Horrible location. Makes it impossible to get proper prescriptions filled. Makes it impossible to print photos. Management needs to be replaced. I saw them yesterday turn a guy away for a job interview, then manager turns to associate saying "we need someone better "... um no? You turned away a quality employee...And now assistant manager calls me saying they can't print my photos because they are professional... what????? Management needs to do and be better. What an embarrassment.Go to CVS instead... I did. Much happier there.

1 star is generous!My husband and I made an appointment on 6/12 for 6/14 for covid boosters on the Walgreens website. He's 70 and a cardiac patient. I'm 58 with vision problems so we preferred going to a closer place. Appointments offered for 6pm and after. We chose 6 and 6:10pm. Upon going into store pharmacy is locked up and closed!A male worker told us they now close at 6pm! We explained we had appointments. He rudely said had we come a 5:45pm they would have "taken us" . This has never been a problem before. We had come in by appointment time in past. He asked me several times about the appointments. I told him 3xs I made them online! He rudely asked "who's they?"when I never said that! He asked to see email saying " it's not like I don't believe you!" In a sarcastic tone. He said their "system went down " after 4pm. He was very rude and chastised me! He said we should make the appointment 2 days in advance when we had!We ended up leaving. We had to go to Kensington for our vaccines. Noone called or notified us about the system. Not sure why 6pm appointment is offered if they're closed. Very poor communication and customer service!I emailed customer service twice and they didn't have the consideration to reply!Went there once before for a prescription. Lady looked me up and down and sarcastically asked if I had insurance. Go to cvs instead!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They do not have a pharmacist on staff, they use a floating tech that changes on a daily basis.My medication takes days to be filled and when its completed they inform me its only a partial fill and I will need to come back to get the rest. This has happened multiple times. This location honestly needs to be shutdown until they can hire a pharmacist or at the very least someone who can run it.I've switched now and you will too if you decide to get any medications filled here. Terrible
