Our salesperson Shakira is the reason we had a good experience. It was insane that on a Saturday during prom season she was the only one working in the store. She was nice and helpful despite the stressful circumstances. She went above & beyond when people were very upset all around her because their was only one person working the whole store.

I have shopped online at Windsor, and have been to many of their stores in CT. I unfortunately have not had a positive experience. The stores are crowded, disorganized, they have very limited sizes available in store. The employees at both the Trumbull and Milford locations were unpleasant, and I felt like I was bothering them by asking for a fitting room. I have worked retail for years so I understand not being perky and excited to do your job 100% of the time, but this was just rude. The return policy is also ridiculous. You must return the item with tags and receipt within 14 days to get a full refund. No tag - no return, no receipt - you get whatever price it is now, and after 14 days - only store credit. I got a top for Xmas that did not fit. When I went to return it, I received 5$ of store credit. It was a black bustier so I know it must have been $30-40 at full price. I also purchased something in the wrong size (which I later decided I didn't need) on the 5th or 6th of this month. I went on a trip for a week, got back the 16th, and unsurprisingly also got COVID. Yesterday was the soonest safe opportunity for me to return it, but no exceptions to the 14-day rule & I got store credit. After I use my store credit, I do not plan to shop there again.

Looking for a dress for my daugther...nothing fits her. Only dresses for skinny ladies...you should think about all tipes of bodies. Not going to lie dresses were beautiful but not to much variety.

There’s a very “pushy” cashier in particular with blonde hair. Not polite, just wants my purchase and my information. She only asked me if I wanted to leave my number for ‘coupons’ I said sure. Let’s see if that happens. I can still hear her voice yelling “EMAIL” … I paused because she wasn’t even looking at me, she was ready to type before I even considered giving it. The energy was awkward between the both of us.The dress I bought was phenomenal. No issues with the store just the attitude of some employees could be adjusted for a better shopping experience overall.

Very busy place especially around holidays, and school calendar events such as homecoming, prom, dances, etc.Large quantities and varieties of dresses, tops, and bottoms alike, customer service is a little lacking but not enough to drop the quality of the store wholistically below a four out of five, it really depends on the given day you go if you'll be serviced by someone helpful or not

Honestly my only complaint about this store is that I'm getting old and my body doesn't look great in belly shirts anymore, lol. But this store always has such cute things, I even managed to find a little white lace dress there a few years ago that was perfect for my laid back wedding. ❤
