She is the real deal, and she crafted the perfect team. “I brought my pitbull in today to have him pick out his own snacks, and the owners were just amazing! Such kind people, and a great shop! The prices were very reasonable and the selection was awesome. I love the raw bar! My pup got so many little treats from the owners, and a regular customer came in and opened her own bag of treats for my pup to give him one😭💕 I felt so great supporting a small business while enjoying my time there. 10/10 recommend”

“I have enjoyed shopping here since they opened. The manager, Alicia is always so friendly, helpful and informative. She really has a passion for her work and helping to find the best products for my pets. All my interactions with the other staff have been positive as well. Additionally, we have had a couple great experiences with nail trims by Beth. My dogs don't like their nails being done but Beth makes it quick and stress-free for them. If you haven't shop here for your pets yet it is worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. “The staff is always so pleasant and helpful at this location. I want to shout out Shawn - the absolute nicest staff member there. I was flying solo with my extremely anxious pitbull at the vet clinic on a very hot day today - and I had to run back inside to give something to vet, but didn’t want to have to bring her. Shawn was kind enough to stay with my running car so she could sit in the AC and I could go in alone, stress free. I took about 5-7 minutes in there, and he was so kind to help me out.”

“We have been bringing our dog & cat to Middlebury Animal Hospital for years and would highly recommend to everyone.
Dr. Loeven, the previous owner was amazing to us, and he is of course missed, along with his relief veterinarian, Dr. Shanley, who was also wonderful.
Recently, Dr. Grace Woodrell has taken ownership of the hospital and she has been incredible. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to answer my *many* questions.
Every single one of the vet techs are truly amazing and our animals are always so happy to see them. Our dog actually looks forward to his vet visits!
Marianne & Mary at the front desk are also very kind & welcoming. They return calls & emails promptly and always get us a same day appointment when our pets are having issues.
As an anxious pet parent, I feel my animals are in good hands when they come in for an appointment or procedure because all the staff are so reassuring.
Simply the best - love them!”
