“This place is a life saver. The driver wheel was making a weird noise. Met a buddy who knew the owner, he pointed me to the shop. They checked it out and told me what was wrong. Richard and Dawn was absolutely amazing. They made sure I was safe and comfortable. Even gave me tissue to dry my eyes. I left out a happy customer. “I compared price to the nearby tire shop that claims that nobody beats their price, nobody. The out-the-door price was about the same.
When I made an appointment, Ben suggested a different tire that I wasn’t aware of that was very similar. It had as good or better ratings; was cheaper as well as having a rebate that they applied to my price and an additional mail-in rebate”
“I was there this to past Tuesday July 21. I walked in. The guy was very helpful and they took me right away as I had stopped at two other shops and they were busy.The price was fair.They got me in & out and their experience was good.They did a great job. the car really needed an alignment, and the car now is running great.”
“I’ll be honest, I can see how people may depict their first impressions here as a nightmare but they are harmless. Honestly they helped me out of a jam and although it took over a hour to change a tire, meow meow their receptionist kept me company. Not sure much about what the situation was there but she was a sweetheart. The lead mechanic, Cracker Jack Joe, kept loosing the tire he was supposed to put on my rim (it was right next to him) but it was comical. At 3am there’s nothing better to lighten a situation than watching these two in action do gymnastics jumping over the piles of tires like 2 kids in the McDonald’s ball pen. Cracker Jack tried charging an extra $10 to take my blown out tire and another $10 to switch my front tire to the back (fwd drive train) then tried charging $10 more then the Original agreed price, but he honored it after a lil back and forth. Honestly greatful for this dynamic duo.”

“2023 VW Tiguan. Car went into a limp mode. Lights all over the dash. Had the car towed to middlebury garage. Brandon and his team were able to diagnose the car the next day. Gave me a full breakdown of what was wrong. Multiple options of how to proceed. His patience is unworldly. He ended up calling VW on our behalf to see if the repairs would be covered under warranty, sadly not. We preceded to go ahead and order parts, which he assured me were necessary not only for the repair but also for preventive maintenance since he was already going to be so far into disassembly. So that will save us in the long run. The work was done. I received the vehicle back in perfectly working order, looking and feeling like no one had ever had their hands in there.
