“I needed a space to store my 16’ cargo trailer and the Wallingford CubeSmart had many options. I reserved a spot on line and received a call back from Kent shortly after making the reservation. He was friendly and told me they had plenty of “back-in” spaces. I went to the facility and was greeted by Kent and Penny. The office was neat and clean and welcoming.Penny asked me to confirm what my needs were and when I would need a space. I explained what I needed and when. Penny took the time and showed me several spaces around the facility and one was ideal. She held the space for me until I could get my trailer to their storage facility. When I arrived back, Penny again greeted me with a smile and was ready to help me with all the particulars. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She processed all my paperwork quickly and efficiently, all my information was entered correctly, she guided me through the electronic paperwork process, showing me where to sign and initial. She gave me paper copies of all the information, she made sure I had my account number, she got me set up on the CubeSmart app, she got me set up on auto pay. It was all a breeze because of Penny. And, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.Customer service is important to me. I appreciated good customer service… Penny gave me outstanding customer service!I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for any type of storage needs.Sincerely,Eric J. Mullins”

“I had a lot of stuff to pack and a broken ankle so all I could do was sit around and wait. But they were really sweet, did all the work and happily chatted as they went. I'll be glad to see the same guys when they take my stuff out of storage and deliver it to the new place in a few weeks time!”

“The move team was very professional and work to overcome several problems. One of which the truck couldn't make it to house. So the moved team unloaded it a mile away and reloaded into a u-haul and shuttled the loads to house and unloaded it again into the house.”

“I really cannot say enough good things about Colonial Moving and Storage, and I have no ties or personal relationship with them that is prompting me to say that, just a very positive experience. We had a very challenging, interstate move with many hard-to-pack and fragile items that then had to be reloaded onto a smaller truck to reach our steep destination. They were nothing but professional and efficient, as well as patient and courteous . I have done several moves and I was so impressed with how carefully everything was packed and the obvious time and care that was taken to ensure everything arrived safely.I would not hesitate to use colonial Moving and Storage in the future!”

“Excellent place to visit. Probably the most organized store of its kind in that large size. Multiple rooms and floors to look through. Prices are high for some things and really good for other things. So I'd say it falls in the reasonable pricing range. Definitely worth going .”

“Father and Son handled our move from a 3-bedroom house in East Haven to a 3-bedroom in Middletown. They were incredibly professional and helpful during this process, and did quick work even though we had two full truckloads worth of stuff to move. They took great care with our belongings. They were gracious even when we asked to move couches and dressers after their initial placement in the new house. Moving from one house to another is stressful for so many reasons, but we did not have to stress about getting our stuff from one place to the next because Father and Son Moving managed that so professionally. Would highly recommend them for your move.”

“I recently injured my hip, and was unable to move my things. Contacted Dan on a Friday night, and he came out the next day to help. Showed up on time, and worked hard to get out things moved out of our second floor apartment. Thanks to Dan and Ryan. Couldn't have done it without you. See you for my next move.”

“We really had a nice experience with Brandon and his team. They started to communicate with us just after we booked. The team showed up on time, which is very important. Each of them worked well with good team work. Thanks to their effort, we could finish our moving project faster than we thought. We'll have another moving project next year at New Haven. However, they are the only my option next time. We hope to have this kind of company in our state too.”

“The dock worker was very efficient!! He immediately got us loaded and on our way!! Thank you for understanding that we're on a strict schedule and must make the very best of our time!! Unlike Cincinnati which weirdly has a higher rating...how? I don't know.”

“The company I am working for selected this company for my car’s move from NC to Texas. While I didn’t select Auto & Boat LLC, I’m glad my company did. Cheryl D. has been a dream to work with. I have her personal number and have texted her with any concerns as well as changing the address at which the car should be dropped off at. I believe they use third parties for the actual shipment but so far Cheryl’s effort and care for my move to Texas has been amazing! Thank you for getting me to Texas Cheryl!”
