“The storage area itself is basic - no climate control. Sometimes the carts are hard to find because people don't return them. Driving in with the app is easy!
Tasha stands out though - she's always kind and helpful, and goes above and beyond to be available for customers.

“I had two 10x20 bins there for years when I had my apartment down the street before I moved into my house .Love the 24/7/365 access that others dont have in town.No leaky ceilings and clean cement floors.Great for apartment tenants in the area with limited storage at the apartment .Spend many hours down there and met great bin neighbors there. Also had fun watching trains go by too since I'm a rail fan .Great office service there too.”

“Outstanding facility. A sizeable but not a huge deal issue: The exit gate has no number pad or anything else to allow you to...exit, you must drive within inches of the gate in order for it to open. Anyone that is new to this facility won't know about this issue, signs regarding the same would've saved me time.”
