Good quality products at reasonable prices. However, availability is inconsistent for some popular items like lettuce, milk, eggs, bread, ground beef, bananas, TP, etc. We have therefore nicknamed it "Soviet Aldi".

The store has conveniences. The only factors are when they run out of an item I like to buy, I never know when it will be in stock. Too many stocking personnel on the floor who don't give a damn if they are in your way.

I preferred shopping here because the prices were better , the prices have now jumped a ton per item making it no better than the competition. But this store offers mostly no name brands now for the name brand prices

Extremely inconsistent service and product availability.
The last three times I placed a pickup order, almost half of the items were unavailable. These items were not unusual - regular eggs, milk, etc. Seriously? Also, the pickup window is always around 30 mins late. Good advice is to pick the earliest pickup time so you’re not wasting your own time waiting around later on. Aldi used to be great, but as all things major retail, corporate greed has ruined it for everyone.

Not good. I received 3 brown unhealthy looking avocados, lettuce that had already begun to brown, and a gallon of milk where the top was not secured and literally fell off when I set the milk in the refrigerator. The milk was OK. Absolutely no way to contact any customer service as their phone numbers are unlisted!

Good selection and easy to get in and out of but it is very pricey compared to the other super markets around town which I found surprising. Aldi is usually the cheaper option when it comes to groceries.

I shop/do pick up orders at both Middletown & Rocky Hill. Would recommend doing pick up order at Rocky Hill location over this one. Rocky Hill is more detailed oriented when making selections/recommendations. They are nicer in the app as well.

It's my go to store usually but they don't carry everything so certain items I still go to price chopper for. But overall I like aldis and the variety of different foods and prices are usually cheaper than name brand items.
