Words can’t express how grateful I am to Charles and his team!!!! This man helped me when I had no one or any options. My car went to 3 different dealerships including Subaru and Firestone and no one could take care of my car and get it back on the road like he did. I appreciate his attentiveness and keeping me informed every step of the way. There’s no other place I would bring my car too. Can’t beat the prices or service at Alpha Auto Towing.!

Charlie and his staff are honest, attentive and willing to go out of their way. They explained our situation so we fully understood and had the upmost integrity which I really appreciated. As a woman it’s hard to find repair shops that I trust to be honest. I don’t worry about that here. I highly recommend.

Two miles away from this establishment we got stuck on a snowbank the car was completely fine they over charged for a snatch block fee and stole my mazda minivan they drove the van into the lot and said I couldnt get my wallet or anything in it without the title they over charged mileage and added extra charges.. straight up thieves I called other tows and they said untouchable isnt right for what they did boycott this buisness

they charged me almost 700 to tow from middletown to Portland then stole tools out of the vehicle they towed...$300-$400 worth of property stolen.
