60.00 later I have 1 nail that lasted a week. They were warped and uneven. The person who worked on my nails was very rough and when I pulled my hand away because the grinder burned me, he grabbed my hand back and said something( I wasn't sure of) and was very forceful with the rest of my fingers. My friend had the same service ( powder set) and was charged 40.00There was a woman who was very pleasant but the man yelled at her constantly. They had a toddler running around, he was adorable but became extremely loud when he wasn't paid attention to. This also meant that the person doing my nails was very distracted between working on my friends nails, watching the child, yelling at the woman trying to help, and dissuading walk-ins. I can't understand why I was charged 20.00 more than my friend for an identical service. We had an appointment but still waited 20 minutes.Service: Dip powder

I like them. There’s no wait and they don’t overcharge. Do a good job but they don’t do designs well. So if you want really fancy designed nails, you will have to go somewhere else.

My experience was similar to others who gave 1 star. I went last week for a dip manicure with tips. There was only the man with glasses, a younger woman and a toddler. The man seemed irritated that I walked in, which puzzled me because I was there to give them business and it was empty in there. He had a lot of trouble finding tips and establishing the right size for my nails, and gluing them on so they would stay. The dip was applied poorly because 2 nails would not dry. He would finish the nails, check and they would smudge and he had to redo them. This happened 4-5 times. Meanwhile the child was running around and at one point reached for the nail drill which was worrisome. I understand maybe daycare was closed for the holidays but it definitely wasn’t a relaxing nail experience. When all was said and done, I was charged $80. Yet when I got home I noticed the 2 nails that wouldn’t dry were smudged. Now it’s been 6 days and one nail has broken off. I will never go back and I suggest you avoid. I was polite and paid and even tipped when the customer experience was horrible.Services: Nail extensions

Went in Saturday. Only 1 other person came in. A man with glasses did my nails in less than 20 minutes. He was rude, shaking my hand and telling me to relax. I have injuries that do not let my hands relax. Never had dip nails take less than an hour. Paid $45 with tip. Today is Thursday and the nails are all chipped and lifting. Didn’t even last 5 days. I work with children so I’m not doing anything rough with my hands. Never had this issue before. It was a waste of my time and money. I would NEVER recommend Angel Nail & Salon nor will I go back. Terrible experience.Service: Dip powder

2 weeks ago I couldn't make an appointment at my normal place so I tried this one. I get gel extensions with a French manicure. They did not remove what was already on my nail so you can see the extensions through the polish and now 2 weeks later they are all popping off. I can normally go 3-4 weeks between fills. Would not recommend.Service: Gel manicures

I hate leaving reviews like this but this place has gotten so bad it's almost entertaining at this point. This is not going to be brief. The last time I went for a manicure was well before the pandemic, at least three years ago. It was a terrible, rushed manicure and to make matters worse it was the OWNER who did it. He was incredibly rude to not only me but his staff as well. He cut every corner he possibly could and worked way too quickly. He was rude again when I told him I was going to use a credit card because he claimed he would get charged a fee. As a customer, that is not my problem and it's so unprofessional to even mention that. I paid (with my card, I was NOT going to let this guy bully me), I even left a tip and promised myself I would NEVER return. Fast forward to today. I thought to myself, "it's been at least three years, maybe something has gotten better." I walked in at 3:45 on a Wednesday and there wasn't a single employee working except for him. Let me repeat: NO employees. There was another woman looking at polish colors but other than that, there were no customers. It was kind of weird. He looks at me and says, "what do you want?" Not even a 'hello!' I tell him I needed a gel manicure. The man ROLLS HIS EYES and says "you have to wait," as if I am inconveniencing him in some way. At this point I know I'm not staying but for fun I asked how long and he said, "20 minutes." I immediately thought, how would he ever do a good job on that woman's manicure in only twenty minutes? I told him no thanks and left. He didn't even respond, nothing. It was one of the oddest experiences with a business owner I've ever had. At this point I wouldn't be shocked if the entire staff has quit, because if he's that bad to customers I can't imagine how bad he is to them.

Last time I was there I had a very sloppy manicure done in record time. That was a couple of years ago and I thought I would try again. Shop was empty. The same tech rushed me through another sloppy manicure. He cut unevenly, razor like filing, no hand wash or soak to clean under my nails. No massage unless you include applying hand cream for one minute. The polish looks like a child's work. He was FaceTiming with someone the entire time. Really? The drying station blows ice cold air which was miserable- it's winter! Never again will I waste $15 there.

Visiting from out of town. My friend mentioned this place, so I went. Picture this: one man, talking in a foreign language on a FaceTime call. He points to a pedicure area and tells me to pick one. I am the only person in the spa. That should've been my first clue that my experience was not going to be a good one. The man set up his FaceTime call at the pedicure station and talked loudly to whomever was on the other end the entire time he was doing what I will loosely call a pedicure Half the time he was looking at the screen. Let's say that it was the worst excuse for a pedicure that I have ever had. It took less than 10 minutes. He clipped by nails irregularly, he filed them in a quick manner and did not clean under the nails. He did put lotion on my legs and massage them for about 30 seconds for each leg. He did some painful sort of acupressure on the soles of my feet that was unpleasant. He charged me $30, which is ridiculous. I wanted to add a small tip and he told me that it was better if I give him cash. My advice to anyone who is reading this review... Do not get your nails cared for at this shop!

I'm a little disappointed. I had a mani/pedi done about a week and a half ago. I felt the color selection was very limited. My feet were in the water about 3 minutes...after they applied the polish. No moisture so cleaning cuticles was difficult. I felt their instruments were not sharp as they were pulling to remove the excess cuticle rather than cutting. After 5 days the gel polish on my hands started to peel. I called and asked for a reapplication and they wanted to charge an additional $30. I figured I'll make it another week but by today they were worse. Called and made an appointment for 6:00 to remove the remaining gel polish and get a regular polish. Showed up at 5:50; THEY WERE CLOSED. This place is less than mile from my house and they seemed nice...he was more dismissive. Unfortunately my business is going elsewhere.Service: Gel manicure
