I had a bit of unique situation - my car seat recliner setting was changed/moved all the way back by another repair/mechanic while trying to fix the car AC and now the seat won’t go back up. Went back to the original mechanic and they couldn’t do anything. I came to Joe’s just for an opinion- if it’s doable at all, or I had to replace electrical stuff inside the seat and one of the guys was nice enough, took the car in as a walk-in and 10 mins later it’s done!! He was trying to evaluate what’s wrong but tried couple things and it worked!! Honest auto repair, highly recommend their services”

“Great experience. Wanted to add running boards to my truck and was referred by someone and was coming all the way from Naugatuck. I stopped in and met with Randy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m always concerned about being taken advantage of as a woman with anything car related but I had done some research prior to going there. So I knew the prices he quoted me were reasonable. I was able to get an appt scheduled within a week. My truck looks great. I’m very happy with the work done. It was finished in the time I was originally quoted. Everyone I met there was professional and personable and made you feel comfortable. I was never made to feel like I was being forced to buy the next latest and greatest thing for my truck so no heavy pressure salesmen like some places. There’s a nice little waiting area but you’re close enough to Main Street that you can just walk to get something to eat or go shop while you wait. Convenient location. Definitely recommend. “They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. Thanks to her and her team for the great job done! We would bring our cars here any time for auto body repair if needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years so it's about time I give them the 5-star review they deserve. I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off. Rhonda in particular is the best. Long story short, this is a business you can trust, and they do good work.”

“This branch of Firestone is extremely clean, welcoming and the staff are friendly. I've been here twice, not a complaint. The staff is very knowledgeable and admit when they can or can't do something, which gains points with me. Also, for some reason, they give you realistic quotes for the work needed, not inflated markups like the Firestone in Wallingford. I saved over $251 for the same thing I was going to have done in Wallingford. Honestly, it's worth the drive out to Middletown just to come to this place. Thank you!”

When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. Someone backed into my vehicle and dented the quarter panel and rear driver side door. Victor handled everything with the insurance company. He even got me in a rental car immediately which insurance covered, even after the insurance company told me that I was not entitled to a rental car because my car was driverable. He handled everything with the adjuster. All I had to do was drop my car off and he took care of everything else. Victor called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up and even scheduled a pick up time that they were closed just so it would be convenient for me. When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. The inside of my vehicle was vacuumed and spotless, cleaner then when I dropped my car off. All of which didn't cost me a penny. I highly recommend everyone and anyone bring their vehicle here. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on for everything.”
