I recently wanted to change the stripe from the original ones I had done when I purchased the car to a more retro 1970s style and immediately contacted Xavier at European. He was able to get me in for the work and I am beyond amazed at home great my car came out looking. I highly recommend European for anything you need done for your vehicle. I have some tire repair work that needs to be done and will be coming back to them some time in 2027.”

“Was on my way to Vermont for a snowboarding trip and my cars axle broke at 745 am on Saturday. Left a message and heard back as soon as they opened. They took care of my broken axle for a below market value price, despite knowing I'm in a pinch and willing to overpay. They even made arrangements so I can get my car back without messing up my trip despite other obligations they had.
Marty and his team are top class. Kind and helpful people. They wouldn't even accept a tip after I insisted. I hope my car never breaks down, but if it does I'll be relieved if it's near Martys.”

“I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years so it's about time I give them the 5-star review they deserve. I'm always given an estimate ahead of time and they always wait for my go ahead to do the work. At least twice they told me I could hold off on a repair because the car was still safe to drive. Their shuttle service is free and convenient. I'm always able to get an appointment within a day of calling, and the work is always completed the same day I drop the car off. Rhonda in particular is the best. Long story short, this is a business you can trust, and they do good work.”

“Middlesex Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend, and I can definitely see why. They were excellent to work with and helped me with two cars. One was repaired after an accident and now looks perfect. With the second car, they truly did everything they could to help us even though it did ultimately have to be totaled. They were incredibly helpful navigating the insurance process, communicated frequently, and were always responsive and kind. I felt I could trust them completely and knew I was in great hands. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.”

My dealership wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a full synthetic oil change…. Wack. The dealership has also been known to keep me sitting there for 2+ hours. “Easily the BEST service around! No where else comes EVEN CLOSE to the price and quality of work done by Victor. I highly suggest every single person bring their vehicle here for everything! When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. Someone backed into my vehicle and dented the quarter panel and rear driver side door. Victor handled everything with the insurance company. He even got me in a rental car immediately which insurance covered, even after the insurance company told me that I was not entitled to a rental car because my car was driverable. He handled everything with the adjuster. All I had to do was drop my car off and he took care of everything else. Victor called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up and even scheduled a pick up time that they were closed just so it would be convenient for me. When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. The inside of my vehicle was vacuumed and spotless, cleaner then when I dropped my car off. All of which didn't cost me a penny. I highly recommend everyone and anyone bring their vehicle here. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on for everything.”
