ProTech Auto: Tires, Brakes, & More! is a trusted, family-owned auto repair shop in Middletown, operating since 2010. Customers appreciate their honest and professional service, as well as their commitment to quality work. The shop is known for providing clear estimates before starting work, and if the job costs less or takes less time, customers are billed accordingly. Communication is a strong point; appointments can be set by phone or text, and the team responds quickly and keeps clients informed throughout the process. The staff is experienced and skilled, often finding ways to save customers money, such as fixing parts instead of replacing them entirely. For example, they repaired a car’s AC compressor valve for around $200 instead of a $1200 replacement, which customers find valuable. ProTech’s ability to handle complex jobs, like removing difficult axles from a transmission, even for cars from out of state, highlights their expertise. Customers trust the shop completely, praising their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work. They also appreciate the friendly atmosphere, with some receiving rides when repairs take longer. Overall, ProTech Auto is highly recommended for reliable, honest, and skilled automotive service, making it a go-to place for car repairs and maintenance in the area.
This place is the best. Dave and team are so welcoming and did a great job on my Bronco, allowing me to send my wheels there directly too. Great communication! Thanks guys!
